The cream is smooth and non oily but it definitely nourishes the skin and repairs sun damage over time.

A light, but effective cream that goes on smooth, absorbs well and smells good. I used to buy this cream from my doctor and switched to The Dermstore to save 10% and with no tax and free shipping this is a great deal!

I like how this product smells and feels. Not too perfumy, not too greasy. I think it's helping with my melasma, but it's hard to say for sure.

This cream is really soft on my skin. I use it morning and night and it doesn't make my semi-oily skin shine...It soaks right in! I haven't gotten a good enough tan in order to see if my sun spot is gone but i'm hoping this will do the trick!

I love this cream and think it has really helped the texture of my skin. I use retinol products at night (Differin), vitamin c during the day underneath and this lotion. People seemed to notice after I started using it and I get lots of compliments on my skin (am 44). I first learned that Niacin was the one important ingredient I was missing in my skincare regimen from Dr. Oz and I think it has helped.

Topical niacin was researched by the University of Arizona for adjunctive treatment of skin cancer, and in the course of scientific studies, it was found that it strengthened the skin by thickening the dermis. It has an added effect of reducing hyperpigmentation. I am happy to use products backed by science!

My derm does not well this but told me how so many of her patients rave about it. I have rosacea and the niacin helps to keep my redness under control.

I have sensitive skin w/slight rosacea. This cream makes my cheeks more red and my entire face in general looks more red or irritated. I think it makes my skin a little more oily. It's expensive for the size. I used it for 2 weeks to give it a chance...it just irritated my face. So I tried it on my neck...Whoa!! I got a red raised rash. That's enough. I'll stick w/my Kinerase.

Over a short period of using this cream twice daily I have seen a noticeable fading of sun sports and pigmentation.

Non-greasy moisturizer, no annoying smells and it makes your skin baby soft. This moisturizer works well under make-up even for oily skin. The best I have used.

I have really good skin -- I am 43 and don't have any lines or wrinkles, despite being very fair skinned -- so generally I don't pay much attention to my skin care products. I do have some "age spots" though, and I heard about this line, so I thought I would try it. I found very quickly that this product makes my skin just generally look better -- it is very clear and (I hate to use a cliche', but here it is), it "glows." Beware, though, you DO need to build up to twice daily use. At first, your skin may "peel," like if you were recovering from a sunburn. I've read about other people getting little bumps while they were new to the product. However, after about a week no problems. I really like this product.

I love this product! As a former esthetician I was skeptical because there is always something "better" than what you are currently using. But this product truly is! I found the Skin Strengthening Complex a little heavy (I have normal/dry skin) the first couple days I used it but my skin was soon well adjusted to the new level of nourishment. E-z to apply evenly to the face and neck. You will see results after 3-4 months if you apply evry night to a clean face and neck.

This is a great, reliable cream. I don't wear make-up anymore so I'm a skin care junkie and this fits right in.

Like others that have reviewed this product, my plastic surgeon recommended it to me. I've been using it for about 9 months now. At least half a dozen people that haven't seen me for a while have made comments like "you look so good" or "Your skin looks radiant." I am a redhead with freckles and some age spots, and am 46. The product also feels great on my skin. I use it both morning and night and during the days I'll be exposed to the sun, follow up with NIA 24 sunscreen.

I have tried all the expensive products including Murad, Arbonne, Estee Lauder and all the other products sold at Dept stores. Nia 24 was suggested from my Plastic Surgeon and has not disappointed me. I am 62 years old my skin is 42. Although pricey its worth its. Scent Texture, packaging all is perfect. Buy Nia 24 you won't be disappointed.

This is a fantastic, clean feeling, great smelling moisturizer and after just a few weeks of use, I already notice more even, smooth skin.

Skin Strengthening Complex magically illuminates and strengthens (you have to try it to understand how completely different this product is and what 'strengthening' really means), leaving the skin never dry, but wonderfully hydrated. Hyperpigmentation is somewhat diminished and a few fine lines are less noticeable with only a few weeks of use. In combination with the new strength and illumination the redness that I have for years endured is nearly non-exinsistant; this is a huge bonus!

I have very sun-sensitive skin. My skin produces pigmentation (dark freckles) quite quickly, and NIA products along with a retinoid serum and vitamin C serum have kept the dark spots at bay. Beware, the first couple of weeks of using this product, my skin was a bit bumpy and I was worried that I had wasted money. But now it is glowing and smooth. I think it takes some getting used to. I didn't get the warm flush that others mentioned, but everyone is different. If you are concerned about pigmentation, give NIA products a try!

When I first saw this product advertised, it was supposed to repair sun damaged skin. I'm 60 years old and have spent a lot of time in the sun and I feel it's never too late to try and undo some of that damage. I like that this product is very light and not greasy. It applies easily and has no odor. But what I like best is that it works! Within a matter of days, I could visibly see a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles on my face and neck.

I have tried many skin creams and always run into the product being too heavy and causing breakouts. Thus, I usually use it every other day but then I have dryness issues. Always a battle. This product has worked beautifully for me - no problems with breakouts so I can use it every day. It is light and non greasy and absorbs quickly. And I think it lives up to its claims to reduce sun damage.

Nia is a great product. The Environ I was using gave me acne (at 40 yeas old!) and made my skin reddish, so much so that my dermatologist diagnosed me with rosacea. She sold me another bottle of Environ, continuing the redness. Fortunately I was using Nia at night and when I ran out of Environ it quickly became obvious that the Environ was the culprit. The redness and acne disappeared immediately. I like that Nia contains antioxidants, without the common irritants.

Loved the effects of younger looking skin. It has cleared up my acne as well. My skin has never looked so good. Bottle is small for the price.

I bought this after a friend's sister used it on her doctor's orders before getting a face lift, and in our opinion, no longer needed one--the results were that dramatic.She had lost quite a bit of weight rapidly and also had a lot more sun damage than I do, so her results were more dramatic than mine--I have worn sunblock since I was 25 and foundation every day since my early teens, so I have little sun exposure, and I have oily skin.

My skin is also sensitive and reactive, and has had no problem with this. It isn't too greasy and it seems to improve my skin, although it also is spring which tends to improve the look of my skin as well.

I purchased this along with the cleansing cream, sunscreen and the trial pack which included all three plus the scrub. They were all good buys, but this was my favorite just because it really is the product that drove results. I have fair, sensitive skin that has always been prone to breakouts and sun damage (freckles, brown spots, and sunburns). I also developed rosacea a couple of years ago. This product really helped build the skin's strength. I also researched it on the Nia 24 website, and read about the "science" behind the line and how the form of niacin they use penetrates the skin and strenthens the epidermal layer and breaks up hyperpigmentation. Interesting stuff! I have noticed brown spots on my face have faded a good deal, and my skin really does feel stronger...the redness and broken capillaries on my cheeks are gone. I will definitely be purchasing again!

This skin cream is a wonderful product! It's minimized wrinkles around my mouth, eyes, forehead, etc., and evened out the pigmentation as well. Nia 24 Skin Strengthening Complex is a white cream. It was recommended by my dermatologist office for severely sun damaged skin. I have been using it for 8 months. I have noticed a slight decrease in the darkness of my sun damage (brown spots). It is possible that this product has increased my acne. I wish the product worked faster and cost less.

Amount seemed small for the price...but the dermatologist recommended so I will try it.

I love this. It is so soothing. I have used some retin A productsrecently and my skin is very sensitive anyway. It is the only thing that has calmed my redness. I am a redhead hitting the big 5-0 and love gardening so sun damage is unfortuneatly there for me. It is really helping the overall health of my skin. I love this product for so many reasons. It helps protect and treat my sensitve skin. I suffer from hyperpigmentaion and rosacea. In the past I only treated the hyperpigmentation, Which would make the rosacea worse. This helps both. It has also dramatically softened the lines on my face.

This cream hasn't provided any changes after 2 weeks, and I'd like to see SOMETHING at this point! If I like a product, 2 weeks is about the time I start noticing changes. The directions say that your skin might break out at first, and mine did - with little bumps that are not common to me. I did stick with it tho' and they've gotten better. I will stay with this until the end of the tube, but for $85, and an amount that was disappointing, I expect more product and better results.

My clinician recommended it and said that the best results are achieved in 6 months. I have only used it for 2 months so far, but I do notice that my skin seems healthier and more vital. The product contains niacin which encourages blood flow, so initially I experienced a kind of flushing or redness. This has been noted in the NIA literature, as a possible reaction, until the skin adjusts to the product. For me, it occurred over the first few days and then subsided.
