i have acne-prone skin. since i have been using this product, i don't have to use any other cleanser with salicylic acid. it leaves my skin clean and fresh without drying it out. it does not remove make up.

5 out of 5 The Perfect Cleanser for Sensitive Skin in a Polluted City by CN

This cleanser, which is wonderfully soap-free (which my dry skin knows the pain of soap all too well), feels cool like aloe vera and has moderate foam when water is added. While I don't particularly like how much it foams, the foam does not seem to overly dry out my skin and my skin does not feel like it's been recently stripped nor does it leave a residue or film. After cleansing, my skin looks refreshed and has a gentle glow to it rather than the irritated flush that usually appears once I dry my face.

I have been using Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel for many, many years and it is by far, the best facial cleanser I have ever used. It is non-oily, non-abrasive and effective in cleansing without leaving residue or scaliness. I will continue to use this product forever!
