Reviews of Mustela Sunblock Lotion SPF 50

5 out of 5 protect babies skin by anonymous
It is a very nice and easy way to help protect babies skin from the sun. It coats the skin well and last long without an overwhelming smell.

5 out of 5 Love this product! by anonymous

The product is fabulous. My 2 yr. old daughter has fair, sensitive skin and unlike other sunblocks, she never breaks out from Mustela. Based on her reaction, it also seems that other products burn her skin when applied, but she wants to "help" apply the Mustela.

5 out of 5 Protecting Your Child's Soft Skin...Thanks Mustela by anonymous

I love the fact that this product prevents my children from getting sun. I use it on their face and shoulders, and I can see from its whitish tent where I have put it on. Although I don't like the fact that their faces look slightly white, I do love knowing where I put it and if it is still protecting them.

5 out of 5 "Love it!" by anonymous

The first sunscreen I used on my baby was Neutrogena SPF30 for sensitive skin. It only had titanium oxide and compared to other baby sunscreens it seemed to have less chemicals in it - but as soon as I put it on my baby (6 months) she broke out in a huge rash - red mosquito bite bumps all over her face and body. We gave her an emergency bath! She's always done well with Mustela products and this was no different for her. The sunscreen has no scent, really easy to put on her, smooth - not greasy at all and did not aggravate her eczema prone skin at all. It's more expensive than the other baby sunscreens but it's worth it for us.

5 out of 5 Sunblock for Preschoolers by anonymous

A reference article cited 5 sunblocks recommended for children that lived up to their expectation. Mustela SPF 50 was one of the 5 products.

I like the convenience of the tube. I wish there was a larger size tube.

5 out of 5 great sunblock for sensitive skin children by AH

I have use others sunblock on my daughter's face and body and only this one works. Basically only this brand of products keep her from dryness and redness.

5 out of 5 Best Physical Sunscreen by anonymous

I love this sunblock. I am allergic to chemical sunscreens and have looked high and low for a high SPF physical blocker and this is the only one I can find. I use it on both of my kids as well, one of which is a newborn (which is safe because it is a physical blocker), and have had no problems with the coverage at all. If you don't rub it in really well, it can look white on the skin, especially when it gets wet but for me, it's completely worth it.

5 out of 5 Mustela sunblock for sensitive skin by anonymous

My son has food allergies and eczema. He has very sensitive skin. I have used sun screen off the counter and they make him itch, in fact breaks out a bit. I have used Mustela sunblock on him and worry free. The only part I don't like it's very expensive.

5 out of 5 Highly Effective Sunblock by CD

Mustela Sunblock 50 is the most effective sunblock I've used for my family in over 30 years of living in the tropics. This is not a tanning lotion. It is an outstanding way of painting the skin with titanium dioxide to block the harmful rays of the sun. When used in large amounts, it will stay on the skin for hours, even at the beach. It needs to be scrubbed lightly to be removed.

Even small amounts applied early in the day, have an overall therapuetic effect.

I have seen it applied to badly burned areas. The burns vanish within days, leaving no freckles.

5 out of 5 best baby sunscreen with no irritating smell by anonymous

this is a very good sunscreen product for babies: it did not cause any allergies or irritations for my baby, whose skin is very allergy prone.
