The product is smooth and creamy, it goes on light and adds moisture to your skin. I have fair skin tone and Not Too Deep is lighter than you think so if you want to add a more color I would go with something darker.

Not Too Deep is not too heavy by anonymous
I love this foundation! I am a performer and I have to wear full stage makeup every day. That amount of makeup can take a toll on your skin, but not with this foundation as the base. It gives me great coverage and it still feels light! I use it on stage as well as in my every day life!

I like that it has vitamins and minerals so It is natural and healthy for my skin.It has not quite enugh coverage so I use color correcter to cover discolored areas of my face.

The Not Too Deep liquid foundation is too light for my skin tone and I will be returning this product. I hope to find a foundation color suitable. The color chart is not as true to matching skin tones at least in the liquid form. I have used the Not Too Deep loose foundation and it closely matches my skin.

We were glad to know that you've had good results with the " Not Too Deep" in the mineral powder, so we wanted to help you with your selection in the "Creme de la Creme" fluide catagory. The formulation of the fluide contains beneficial lipids as a substitute for oil, which cause it to be lighter in colore than it's powder version. I would try "A Taste of Honey" or " Girl from Ipanema" in the fluide, and you could use your loose mineral over that if you wanted. Let me know how that works for you, if you'd like. The product is very light and refreshing feeling on the face. It has proven to reduce aging lines and wrinkles over the last 3 years that I have been using it.

The best thing about this foundation is, it only requires a very small amount for coverage.
The only thing I don't like about it is you're not ever really sure when you're starting to run out of product because you can't see through the dispenser. Review posted 1/3/2007.

Colorescience was suggested to me by my daughter, whose dermatologist recommended to her. It is light coverage and works for both me (50yrs) and my daughter (24). Can't ask much more from a product than that.

Look a little more refreshed by IK
Introduced to FACE at Salishan Spa following a facial. That evening at least two people commented that I looked "rested" - even after 18 holes of golf. I continue to get compliments about looking younger than I did even a few months ago (I'm 62). It is a flattering, light look that I love and since I boat and golf a lot the spf30 that lasts all day is a bonus too. The only reason I didn't go with a 5 is the packaging. The pump quit 1/2 through but Colorescience sent me a note saying they were addressing that issue. Update 11/19/07 FACE as a light foundation under those fabulous new mineral powders looks pretty as evening out makeup too.
