This is my first time to try this version. i am 51 years old and the consultant suggested i try it. i love the texture of it.

Great product to use before and after fraxel laser treatments. I use at night after cleansing on face and neck before going to bed . The next morning my skin is soft and smooth and ready for moisturizer and foundation. This product builds collagen and minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Also minimizes sun damage. I am 66 years old and have been told I look like I'm in my forties or fifties. My skin tone and texture have improved significantly since I began using TNS Essential Serum in Nov 2012. I highly recommend it. If TNS Essential Serum is used only once a day preferably at night, a bottle will last approximately 3 months.

I purchased SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum because I had read that is what alot of dermatologists use. It also had good reviews from consumers like me. It does make my skin look more healthy and radiant so I will be purchasing again.

Overall, the product is good but it's too soon to tell the effects of the serum yet.

I am 46 years old and have been using this product twice a day for 2 months. In the morning I apply sunscreen after it and at night I apply Avene Hydrance Optimale Rich Hydrating Cream after applying the serum.

The texture of my skin has improved. The lines around my eyes are not as deep. I am hoping with continued use to see even more improvement of my crow's feet.

I can tell that the product helped with sun spots on my face. I really liked it that the product was not oily for my combination skin. A little bit goes a long way. Absorbed instantly.

Light serum that is easily and quickly absorbed into the skin. I personally did not notice a huge difference in the reduction of brown spots/discoloration associated with sun damage. However, the product dramatically improved my skin's clarity, texture and acted as a pore minimizer.

I have been using TNS Essential Serum for over two years and love how it smoothes out my wrinkles and keeps my skin so moisturized. Its expensive, but worth it for the results I get. I use it once in the morning and at bedtime.

This is a product I have used a number of years. The research seems to support that it is very good and that is my impression. It is ridiculously expensive so it is a gamble whether it is really doing what they say it can do but I think it is one of the better products out there
