Although this product is expensive, I have used it twice a day for two months (along with an inexpensive moisturizer)with miraculous results. All fine lines around my eyes have disappeared, the hooded appearance above has gone away. Plus, no more crepe like appearance underneath my eyes either. Overall, all of my face and neck are lifted, firmer, smoother and glowing. I even look great with no makeup now, and I'm almost 55! Now in my third month, I have cut back to once a day at night- due to budget restraints. But, so far the results are holding on, and I couldn't be happier!

Yes, this product IS pricey. But it is worth every penny. I only use it once a day and usually only half a pump in order to make it last as long as possible. If I could afford it, I would use a full pump in the morning and one at night but even the little that I use has given me incredible results. This is the REAL DEAL, folks. I have used many products over the years but nothing like TNS Essential Serum. After using it for only a short time (a week) it took a good 10 years off of my face. It tightens, brightens, plumps out the wrinkles and evens the tone of the skin, reducing both redness and dark sunspots. I receive compliments on my skin all the time and people flip when they find out I am 50. I now look like I am under 40. No kidding.

I've ordered many of the expensive serums, but I keep returning to TNS. For overall maintenance, and keeping aging at bay, TNS does the best job.

My only hesitation with TNS is that I don't enjoy the smell of the serum, so I keep trying other products, but so far I haven't found anything better.

I like the product but feel packaging can be improved It would be nice if TNS Essential Serum was packaged for travel.

I was intrigued by the idea of this product. The dual chamber dispenser that pumps out a beige and rose colored gel/lotion that you blend together and then rub onto your face and decolletage. I have used up the first bottle, but I am not sure if I noticed much of a difference in my fine lines and color spots. I am undecided if I will order again.

TNS Essential Serum is expensive but well worth the price. You will see noticeable improvement in the texture and elasticity of your skin within a week and it only gets better the longer you use it. Fabulous stuff!

This product has a completely different ingredient/approach to skincare than any other line I've used. The change is not immediate but after continued use for about 30 days there is a noticeable difference in fine lines and pores. Skin is firm and elastic after continued use.

I use the Obagi skincare line and am very satisfied with all of the products. They have a Vitamin C serum that is good but somewhat overkill since I use Retin A as well. The TNS improves facial, neck and hand skin more than any other serum. I am 55 years old if that is relevant to the review. I am often mistaken for someone in their early 40s...better living through chemistry right? TNS is expensive but use sparingly and it's worth the cost.

I've used the TNS Recovery Complex for the past four years after a recommendation by my dermatologist. It helps the skin stay firm and is very light on the skin. It makes a noticeable difference on my skin. I thought I'd try this newest version which has the Recovery Complex in it. I've used the Essential Serum for only a couple of weeks and while I think it works as well as the Recovery Complex, it's still a little early to tell if it works better than the Recovery Complex.

Love how this product keeps my skin firm and makes it feel smooth and fresh. It also seems to keep wrinkles away at the same time. Since I'm in my mid-forties, I think that's great! Mixing both serums together is not a problem for me, however, sometimes the container doesn't quite squirt out the right amount of the heavier pink/rose colored serum. I use it once a day, usually in the a.m. It goes on really smooth - I use it on the face, around the eyes, under my chin, neck and decollete.

This product has mutliple ingredients to help mature skin. It is sold mainly in physician offices. I was pleased to see the Derm Store carried this at a discount.

I love SkinMedica's TNS and have been using it for years. When they introducted TNS Essential Serum (TNS mixed with other skin care essentials) I loved it even better. The consistency and smell were much nicer. But the last two times I ordered the product I wasn't pleased. Sometimes the TNS dispenses alone, and most of the time the other cream part dispenses alone. Rarely do the two come out together as they are supposed to. Is this a new packaging problem? I'll probably just order the plain TNS next time.

Of all the products I use on my skin this one is the most effective in tightening my skin and preventing aging. It is very expensive but well worth it. Skin Medica is a great brand and this product is the one of the best I have used from their line of skin care. I would highly recommend it if you can afford it.
