Shampoo is sudsy and it doesn't even smell too bad! The cap dispenser is able to target the exact spots to treat on your scalp.

How to help control psoriasis on the scalp. by HJ
This product helps keep psoriasis on the scalp under control. It was actually prescribed/recommended by my doctor. What I liked about it is that you can pre-treat your scalp, so you don't have to stand in the shower forever!

Relief from Psoriasis by KD
This is a wonderful product. It was recommended by my dermatologist. I had tried many dandruff/psoriasis shampoos and nothing had worked, even prescription shampoos, on my itching and flaking scalp. After using the Tarsum shampoo for the very first time, my itching and flaking were significantly (about 95%)improved. I use it now only about twice a week to keep my symptoms from recurring, but I would never be without it again. The Dermstore has it at a great price, too.

Effective Scalp Management by anonymous
Can be used as a normal shampoo or can be applied to problem areas of scalp in advance of showering. I found it to be effective in reducing scalp flakiness when used regularly.
