I've been taking this supplement for about 60 days, and do notice an improvement in the smoothness of my skin--all over. It's not a miraculous improvement, but I feel that the supplement is making a positive difference. I do feel that one really has to take this product for a good 90 days to see and feel the total effect. As with any supplement, the longer it is taken, the more improvement is shown--due to the cumulative effect.
