Reviews of Elta MD UV Daily SPF 40

This lightweight moisturizer goes on smoothly and does not leave any residue to interfere with makeup. What I like best about it though, is that is has no scent and does not irritate my skin or make me break out. SPF 40 protection without the heavy feel. I have the Obagi daily SPF too and that one leaves a residue and shine if too much is applied to one area. The Elta is superior.

Lightweight, fragrance free, and really protects. Good value for the quality. There is a noticeable difference in the tone and texture of my skin.

This sunblock is much easier to blend than other Elta products. It isn't as thick making it perfect for daily use. While not a superb moisturizer for dry skin, I wear it over serums and gels it order to extra hydration in the morning... but then I have dry skin (only reason I give it a 4 not a 5). Overall I love the product and feel as though I am getting wonderful sun protection without any skin irritation!

A light, creamy but non-greasy very effective sunblock. Can be worn as a regular face cream, or layered over one's regular face-cream and under makeup without too much build-up. Scent is so clean and unobtrusive that it works well for men or women.

I have very sensitive skin and a lot of sun screens create problems for me, particularly on my face. This is the best and I use it every day. I recommended it to a good friend who agrees!

Product is non-greasy, not chalky like other oxide-based sun blocks, and doesn't cause break outs.

This sunscreen is my favorite - it goes on like silk, no white residue and it makes my skin look smoother! Living in a desert climate requires lots of sunscreen, and this is the first that hasn't felt sticky or heavy. I love it! The only downside is a slight odor upon applying, but it disappears quickly.

Light and non scented daily moisturizer. Provides a 40 SPF which is perfect for daily use.

Elta is by far the most luxurious sunscreen I have ever used. It is easily absorbed into the skin and the application of make-up can take place within a minute or so because it is absorbed by the skin so quickly.
