4 out of 5green tea sunscreen from Rochelle, IL Verified Purchaser
Basically it's sunscreen with green tea. I have been reading all the benefits of green tea for the skin in that it helps with sun damage so I am trying it out. It's very thin liquid form though which makes it a little difficult to apply otherwise it seems to be an adequate product.

4 out of 5Fantastic formulation, packaging could be better from Jackson, NJ Verified Purchaser
I was looking for a sunscreen of at least SPF 50 for my face that wouldn't irritate, dry out, or leave a white mask on my rosacea prone mature skin. I was not (at least at this moment) looking for a moisturizer that was incredibly light but left my skin feeling like velvet while evening my skin tone, diminishing redness and pores that would leave me looking dewy and glowing, but this does all that! Prior to this I was using Vanicream SPF 60 which my skin loved but which was greasy and tended to leave a bluish-white cast. I studied the ingredients of a small handful of products that I felt might work for me and settled on this one. As summer seems to have arrived early in the Northeast I tested this out on a hot sunny day to see how it worked as a sunscreen. I was pleasantly surpised to see no redness on my face, and the redness on my chest that resulted from another product used a day earlier was also noticeably diminshed.
I am thrilled to have found something so light and so effective that doesn't leave any whitish residue and that makes my skin looks great. I That said however there are some issues I wanted to note. First, you need to work FAST when using this. It comes out as a liquid-y milk that absorbs virtually on contact with skin. I would suggest applying with damp fingertips to your face or it will quickly disappear into your fingers without a trace. As a result of this fast action and lack of any hint of tint it's impossible to know if you have covered your entire face and therefore it's easy to use more than you may need. I have to figure out by running my fingers over my face that if my skin feels like velvet uniformly, I didn't miss a spot.
My biggest complaint though is the packaging. It dispenses easily and seems designed well enough, but as it dark plastic fully disguises the contents, there is no way to know how much is in there and when you need to re-order. I could be wrong but the bottle seemed half full when I first received it. I am also not a fan of excessive packaging, but I was put off by the fact that not only was there no outer box (and no insert OR ingredient list with the product) but there was no plastic safety seal on the cap. I have come to expect and depend on that in products like these nowadays. I am guessing the lack of a box, ingredients and insert may be due to the fact that this product is not sold direct to consumers but rather to physicans and dermstore in the form of an outer case with multiple bottles inside.
This product still awaits testing in the real summer sun for longevity and effectiveness but even if it fails, and I have no reason to think it will from what I have seen so far, I would still want to use this for the other benefits noted above.
As a sunscreen the $25 price tag is quite high for what you get, and may be excessive as I have no way of knowing if this will last two days or all summer long. If it lasts two months I'd say the price was still on the high side but well worth it due to the results. If it lasts only a couple of weeks of regular use than it would be a bit too costly to re-purchase often. Only time will tell. I am hoping as I get better at the application it will last at least until mid summer.

5 out of 5The best sun block PB from Playa Vista, CA Verified Purchaser
Most sun blocks are thick and gross. They generally bother my skin too. I had fraxel and so I have to use strong sun block yet natural and mild on the skin. This one is the perfect solution and I will continue to use it from now on.

5 out of 5Great sun protection yet so lightweight! from Pittsboro, NC Verified Purchaser
My esthetician introduced me to Replenix Ultra Sheer Sunscreen SPF 55 when she applied it to my face after a chemical peel. It was so lightweight I couldn't believe it was a sunscreen. I have now been using the product for a few months and absolutely love it...no greasiness, no breakouts. Apply after your regular moisturizer and you're good to go!

5 out of 5The best sunscreen for a humid environment! by Leilani from Chandler, AZ Verified Purchaser
I decided to give this a try after using another Replenix sunscreen of lower SPF and thicker texture. I love the lightweight texture of this product and how easy it applies to the face. You can never put on TOO MUCH. Add some throughout the day as needed, and your skin will never be sticky or shiny like with other sunscreens. It's great for humid climates.
