Zeno is a quick acne treatment. I have cystic acne and even though it is not perscribed for cystic acne, it makes the cysts go away in about a week with frequent treatment of the cyst.

Zeno does help against pimples. It helps the most against a few large pimples rather than widespread acne. The downside is that you must keep purchasing replacement cartridges, but to me, it's worth the cost.

Zeno is a pretty amazing product. The 90 refill cartridges are the best value I have seen. Get these instead of the 60. This store has 90 refill for the same price of 60 refill of most places.
