Reviews of Dr. Dan's CortiBalm

Very dry lips, due to a prescription medicine I'm taking. Dr Dan's CortiBalm is like nothing I've ever tried. If relives dryness and pain on my lips. I also get fever blisters And this has kept me from having an breakout. Wonderful stuff not like the normal chap stick.

Stays on, heals/protects lips, isn't waxy. I have tried almost all the lip balms available on the market. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Dan's. It's really the best I've found.

So this product is like a regular lip balm but with 1% hydrocortisone in it. I used to have chapped lips and bumps all over all the time and nothing would ever get rid of them, so when a friend told me about cortibalm i was skeptical but I tried it and I have never gone back since!

It is extremely helpful protecting lips and healing/preventing dryness and puffiness

This is a good product for dry lips! I used this product while I was on accutane and it helped quite a bit. My lips have always been dry and this made them even better than they were before! It didn't take the dryness away completely, but it almost did when nothing else would. I would definitely purchase this product again and recommend to friends & family.

dr dan's lip balm is excellent product for senstive lips, I have tried MANY other products and this is the only one i can use , & only 3 times a day after breakfast,lunch & dinner ! GREAT PRODUCT.

The only lip balm that helps when using Accutane. Doesn't sting like other lip balms.

Best lip balm I have ever used by far - worth the extra money, helps with damaged lips and has reduced cold sores.

CortiBalm does help keep my very dry lips moisturized, however, it does a medicinal taste. The upside to that is that you don't lick your lips creating more of a problem.

This is the ONLY product that I have tried that heals and does not break my sensitive lips out.

I've been plagued by cracked, inflamed, swollen lips for 7 months. Doc treated it as fungal infection w/steroid creams & antifungals, but as soon as I stopped meds, problem returns. Then I tried Dr. Dan's. I've been using it for a 10 days-3x a day at first, now 2x a day, supplemented w/Aquaphor & Jane Iredale LipDrink. I'd use Dr. Dan's more, but I'm concerned about the cortisone thinning my skin and causing atrophy of the tissues. However, I bought additional tubes to keep in my travel bag and on hand because it's so efficacious.

I've been using this product for over a year now and it's the only lip product that stops my upper lip from burning and becoming red and irritated.

I haven't tried any other dry lip remedies, but I can tell you that I'm glad I gave this a try. It works quickly and even though I have to re-apply several times throughout the day, I feel like it stays on. It's kind of addicting...I forgot it once when I changed purses and boy did I miss it!

I was completely miserable with terribly dry lips from taking accutane, and this was THE ONLY thing that helped at all. Other chapsticks I was putting on every 2 minutes, and this I could leave on and it would soothe my lips for long periods of time like when I slept at night. I'v tried all the chopsticks and its the only thing that completely worked and make me even have soft lips during this time!

I loveddddd it and would highly highly recommend it.
