Need recommendation by
I need a moisturizer that is super hydrating with NO retional or acids that exfolliate since I use retin a. Just a basic one with great hydration that doesn't clog pores. I was usuing a Biomedic moisturizer that has been discoutinued. Thank you! 2011-09-21 Comments

Sounds like a great moisturizer for you would be La Roche-Posay Hydraphase to intensely rehydrate your skin. You can choose from Hydaphase Legere for normal to combination skin, Hydraphase Riche for dry skin or Hydaphase UV with SPF 30. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to try Toleriane Fluide or Riche.

la roche posay toleriane ultra by
My daughter suffers from acne. She is using retin a micro to treat. Her face is really red because of the retin a. Would you put this product on day and night? And before or after the retin a? 2011-09-19 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Toleriane Ultra would be a great addition to your daughter's treatment regimen. It is a wonderful moisturizer for sensitive skin and contains Neurosensine, a unique calming agent, to help reduce signs of reactivity immediately upon application. We would recommend she put on her treatment first then finish with the Toleriane Ultra, morning and evening. She may also want to try spraying her cleansed skin first with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water - it can help to soothe heating sensations on the skin, soothe redness and protect from irritations and discomfort.

new effaclar K by
is the renovated effaclar K safe for pregnant women now that it contains retinyl linoleate 2011-09-18 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thanks for this comment. Yes, Effaclar K has been renovated and is now formulated to combine LHA with Retinyl Linoleate, a retinol derivative specifically adapted to the needs of oily skin. This new combination can help to prevent the reappearance of acne symptoms. While this product has not been specifically tested on pregnant women, the concentration is low enough (0.05%) that it should be safe for pregnant women to use daily, following the instructions. I would recommend that you speak with your doctor, just to be sure if this is right for your particular case.

Susan from Seattle by
I am a 60 year old woman who has some vertical lines on the upper lip and orange peely type skin at the corners of the mouth. In addition I have Rosacea, the papual pustule kind, and use two medications for it. (Metrogel and Finacea. I have been cleansing with Toleriane Dermo Cleanser, which I love, and using a light weight moisturizer - Hydrophase Intense. Could you recommend a better moisturizer to soften lines and sooth redness? Thanks, Susan 2011-09-09 Comments
Need a good sunscreen by WS
I've been using La Roche-Posay Effaclar Deep foaming cream and toner for two weeks now and I'm loving the result. No more breakouts! Before this I've been a clinique fan for 4 yrs and all of a sudden I got onset of adult acne so I switched everything. I would like some advice on which type of sunscreen I could use with my effaclar that I can wear alone even without moisturizer and won't cause breakouts.
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thanks for being such a loyal La Roche Posay customer! It sounds like Toleriane Cleansers are perfect for your sensitive skin. If you want to change moisturizers, I would suggest trying Substiane Anti-Aging Replenishing Care which can help to replenish your skin's structural substance and moisture, help to restore firmness and plump out those fine lines. Also, you may want to add La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water to your daily routine - one of it's benefits is that it can soothe redness.

Which one to buy? by
Which La Roche Posay facial moisturizer is base for dry skin type?
I have been using "SOOTHING PROTECTIVE SKINCARE", love it, and am looking for something with more moisturizing power for the winter.
Thanks 2011-08-26 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello and thanks for you message. What you are currently using, Toleriane Soothing Protective Skincare, is ideal for what you are looking for if you have normal to combination skin. It is soothing and moisturizing for sensitive skin. Toleriane Riche Facial Cream with lipid replenishing shea butter will be a little bit more nourishing if you have dry skin during the winter months. Another option ideal for the dry winter months is Nutritic with Bio-Lipids (a complex of 11 natural fatty acids including Omega-3 and Omega-6) that helps replenish lipids and durably rebuilds the cutaneous barrier. Your skin will be smoother, more supple and feel protected. Also, you may want to consider Lipikar Balm Lipid Replenishing Body Care.

I see that you have changed the formula for Effaclar K. I have been using this product for years as a make up base. Will the new formula work for that as well? 2011-08-19 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Yes! The newly renovated Effaclar K still provides an excellent make up base, while providing a formula that is even more efficacious to correct and help prevent your acne symptoms such as clogged pores, blackheads, rough or uneven texture yes is still gentle and non-irritating (as always with La Roche-Posay!). Lipikar Bath Oil by
To my disappointment I heard that this product has been discontinued. Is this true and if so is there an alternative product? My 5 year old has severe eczema and this product provided the most relief from his condition.
2011-08-18 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Yes, unfortunately we do not carry Lipikar Bath Oil but thank you for your continuing interest in La Roche-Posay. I would suggest you try Lipikar Balm Replenishing Body Care. This body care is ideal for extreme dryness or atopy-prone skin. It's unique formula contains specific lipids that are highly compatible with the skin so it immediately replenishes and repairs dry skin in depth while restoring comfort and suppleness with a high concentration of shea butter (20%) and glycerin. And even though Lipikar Balm is very nourishing for your skin, the texture is non-greasy, non-sticky and comfortable. As always, all La Roche-Posay products are designed for sensitive skin.

Effaclar K is renovated! by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. La Roche Posay did not discontinue Effaclar K- it was renovated to include Retinyl Linoleate.
We are excited to announce the launch of Effaclar K Daily Renovating Anti-Relapse Acne Treatment, a daily treatment to address the ongoing, recurring life cycle of acne. For the first time, retinyl linoleate (a retinol derivative), salicylic acid and La Roche-Posay’s exclusive lipo-hydroxy acid (LHA) molecule are combined to help treat mild acne and prevent its reoccurrence in acne sufferers of all ages.
Retinyl Linoleate [0.05%]: Delivers both retinol and linoleic acid to target the source of repeated pore clogging. The fresh, hydrating and non-greasy cream-fluid smoothes skin texture while tightening and unclogging pores, delivering clearer, finer and more radiant skin without irritation. It is non-comedogenic, paraben-free and dermatologist tested, even on sensitive skin. It is suitable for use on the entire face one to two times daily.
It is just out now- please check back with your facialist soon!

Anthelios SPF50+ Tinted Moisturizers - Light and Cream versions by
I was recently in Paris and purchased both the Anthelios Light Tinted Sunscreen w/SPF50 as well as the same product in a cream. Both are excellent products. Why aren't they sold here in a tinted version. Ditto the eyemakeup remover liquid. 2011-06-29 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi, thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the United States carries different products and some slightly different than found in Europe. The closet formulation to the SPF 50 (no tinted versions here) would be the SPF 60 Face Lotion.
However, we love feedback about request- I will be sure to pass on!

Skin care regimen by
I'm 26 and have blackheads around the T-zone, enlarged pores and the occasional breakout. I'm also looking into wrinkle prevention for face and eyes. What products would you recommend? 2011-06-22 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello, I understand how the occsional breakout can be so bothersome! It sounds like you have some oil and shine mostly in your TZone area; and conderned about prematurely aging. For your breakouts/oily areas- start using Effaclar K. This will help exfoliate, and prevent breakouts from occuring. Also, I would suggest Effaclar Toner as well after you cleanse. This will help eliminate dead skin cells, and also has some exfoliating properties in the toner that will keep your skin smoother.
Since you are concerned about wrinkle prevention- hands down you need to make sure you wear sunscreen everyday. Anthelios 45 or Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Fluid will be a terrific choice for you. Also, try Active C Normal / Combination for a 5% vitamin C treatment that will help stimulate collegen production and help brighten the skin. Active C is also available in an Eye formula.

Redermic's for 10 yrs, now by
Since I have been using the same products for a little over 10 yrs now- the conditioning solution, redermic's for eyes and face. Should I be considering changing or upgrading products to maintain. Lately it seems as though my regiment hasn't been as noticeable to myself or others. I love this line and what it has done for is kept my skin looking very young- usually my age is guessed as late 20's to early 30's, which is pretty good at 45. 2011-06-20 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello!
I am a huge fan of Redermic and it sounds like it has done a very good job of fighting fine lines and wrinkles. I would suggest a few things to incorporate:
1: Sunscreen everyday. I am sure that you are applying, but this is the most important in your daytime regime.
2: Try adding in Derm AOX. This is a serum that will give your skin natural radiance, Vit C and also anti-glycation and hydrating.
3: You may want to consider Substiane for a night time moistuizer. This will help create fullness back into the skin.
Redermic is a wonderful product and I would still keep using it during daytime. Try any of the above for some added benefits.

Best routine for maintenance and anit-aging by
I'm 68 but have really good skin and almost no wrinkles. I get comments about how nice my skin looks all the time. What would be a good routine to maintain what I have and prevent future degradation? I have a brochure called Anti-Aging Innovation. There are so many awesome products, I'm not sure whether I should layer several products at one time or how to do that. Can you give me some guidance? 2011-06-18 Comments
Anti Aging Products by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi! Thank you for your question. We have some wonderful products that would be perfect for your skin to maintain and prevent fine lines/ wrinkles. First, while cleansing your skin, add in Physiological Ultra Fine Scrub 2-3 times a week. This will help exfoliate the dulling dead skin cells, and keep you skin feeling soft and fresh. Everyday, moisturize with Anthelios SX. This is our top selling product with great UBV and UVA protection. This daily moisturizer will give you added hydration through the day while you know you are getting protection you need from harful sun rays. At night time, I would suggest using DERM AOX and then adding Substiane moisturizer on top of it. Derm AOX is an anti-glycation and antioxidant serum. This is product that will assist in the prevention of collegen fibers collapsing/ forming wrinkles. Substiane will help create fullness/ plumpness back in your skin as well as giving you a nice hydrating creme to keep your skin moist and looking its best! Try Substiane Eyes as well!

What is the skin benefit to using the new mineral UV protection verses the reg light weight 60? 2011-05-31 Comments
Mineral SPF 50 by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello-
The difference is that the new SPF 50 formula is made with 100% physical blocker Titanium Dioxide. The SPF 60 Ultra light Fluid is a blend of UVA and UVB protection filters. Both formulas offer high UVA protection and have the same consistency. The new Mineral 50 is great for anyone that has sensitive skin or looking for a physical blocker.

(2) Is Mexoryl included in this new product. ALL Reports are that Mexoryl is organic (presumably natural) and Excellent.
Should your response be Yes Yes and Yes to both questions this would achieve my objective to find a SUPERIOR sunscreen suited to sensitive, reactive, red, irritated skin! THANK YOU. My screen name is Bmiafla 2011-05-27 Comments

Hello! Yes, Anthelios Mineral 50 protects both UVA and UVB rays- the SPF 50 and has a high UVA protection. Mineral 50 formula contains Titanium Dioxide and Cell-Ox Shield, an anti-oxidant complex. This product would be perfect for your sensitized skin. I would also recommend trying the new Toleriane Ultra Moistuizer as well. The new Ultra will help calm the redness, and the irritation you are experiencing. I am positive you will be thrilled with how your skin looks and feels with these two products!

Replacement for Rosaliac Micellar Make-Up Removal Gel? by

Replacement for Rosaliac Gel by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi there - thank you for your question. An excellent replacement for Rosaliac Gel is the Physiological Cleansing Gel. It is also great for skin with rosacea. It does not creates a lot of foam and provides a gentle yet effective cleanse.
However, if your skin is intolerant I would suggest Toleriane Foaming Cream (if you like to cleanse with foam) or Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser (if you prefer cleansing with a cotton pad)

Use this AM and PM to cleanse, follow up with Anthelios 50 Mineral for AM (this will be available this month!)If you are experiencing some acne breakouts; you can try Effaclar Duo - try this product under your moisturizer; it will help exfoliate and assist in "preventing" breakouts.

Effaclar Duo or K? by
Hello, I have combination/acne-prone skin and my dermatologist recommended I cleanse with the Purifying Gel then use Effaclar Duo at night, and Effaclar H moisturiser in the mornings if my skin's really dry. After reading impressive reviews on Effaclar K, I purchased it and randomly used it a couple of times. My question is: what is best for young adult acne prone skin? I get regular breakouts on my chin/upper lip area and some on my forehead. Should I use both products or just stick to Duo? I really like the feel of Effaclar K but don't know which one will target acne best or if I can use both! Thanks 2011-04-15 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question!
Yes, you can use both. Effaclar K is great to use opposite times of Effaclar Duo. Effaclar K will help moisturize and renew your skin while Effaclar Duo will help combat acne with LHA and Benzoyl Peroxide - a unique formulation that was recommended by your dermatologist. Keep cleansing with Effaclar Gel, use K as a moisturizer; and then use Effaclar Duo in the pm on areas of breakouts. You are on the right track of having healthy, beautiful skin! Remember your SPF too! Anthelios SX is oil free and perfect for everyday use or SPF 60 Ultra Light Fluid if you will be outdoors for longer periods of time.

PPD rating on sunscreen by
Can you tell me the PPD rating for your sunscreens? I am looking for one that is PPD 28. 2011-04-14 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello! All of our Anthelios products are fragrance free. Since you are looking for at least a SPF 30- I would recommend the Anthelios 45( 2 formulas to choose from); Anthelios 60's (3 formulas); and in about a month we are launching Anthelios 50 Mineral.
The PPD (Persistant Pigment Darkening) is a method of testing the protection from UVA rays(PFA-Protection Factor A). This method is not recognized by our FDA in the US (hopefully soon!!). However, we did measure the PFA and our Anthelios 60's have PFA of 28; and Anthelios 45 is 26.
You can choose the texture that best fits your skin type- and also available for the body as well!

I am 47 years old. I am Hispanic. My skin is very dehydrated, I have many spots, blackheads and open pores.I have lost firmness in my skin. I have puffiness and dark circles in my eyes. What treatment do you advise for me? 2011-04-13 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello! Thank you for your question. We make a line called Hydraphase- this line is designed for dehydrated, sensitive skins. I would suggest using the Riche (moisturizer) if you are a little more on the drier side. For blackheads, I suggest using the Physiological Ultra Fine Scrub about 3 times a week. This scrub, has chemical and physicial exfoliants that will keep your skin polished. Also, incorporate Mela D (for pigmentation) after you cleanse your skin, apply Hydraphase Riche, and then Anthelios SX. Active C Eyes for dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. Good Luck!

best products for me? by
I am wondering which products would be best for me I am 23 with dry/sensitive skin that is both acne and eczema prone. I'm pretty sensitive I get red and irritated easily. I am also looking for an eye cream, the skin around my eyes is extremely sensitive have never been able to use one that hasn't irritated them. I would really appreciate some recommendations. 2011-04-12 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello. La Roche Posay launched a new moisturizer; Toleriane Ultra; that is great for that allergy/ eczema skin. However, since you also experience acne, this might be too heavy for you since it does have Shea Butter in it. I would recommend using Hydraphase Intense- this will help put back the moisture in your skin, but not add the "oil" that could cause additional breakouts. I would suggest also seeing a dermatologist that could find a prescription to help calm the eczema as well. Also, Try using the Hydraphase Eyes- this is safe for sensitive eyes. Best of luck!

Try Effaclar Duo; Effaclar K and Mela D Serum by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi, thank you for your question!
Yes, La Roche Posay did discontinue Effaclar AI, but replaced it with a similar formula; now Effaclar DUO. This new reformulation contains LHA and Micronized Benzoyl Peroxide (reduces inflammation, kills P.acnes bacteria and helps in exfoliation) but also has been reformulated so you can use all over your active breakouts instead of just a spot treatment. I also would recommend using in conjunction with Effaclar K. Since you tend to also experience hyperpigmentation, please try Mela D Serum. This contains Kojic Acid, LHA and Glycolic acid which will keep your skin freshly exfoliated and reduce the pigmenation problems you have.

by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Yes, we did discontinue the Effaclar AI, but have replaced it with Effaclar Duo. Effaclar Duo is a similiar formulation, of LHA and Micronized Benzoyl Peroxide; but now has some added hydrators that will enable you to use this product all over instead of a spot treatment. Effaclar Duo will reduce inflammation, kill bacteria and also assist in exfoliation. Another added bonus; this is more than double the size!

I have a friend that recommended a cleanser from your line called Toleraine.
However, my skin is is dry and want to make sure what I order is the correct fit. I also need a recommendation for all products recommended for roscea, i am starting to have small breakouts and not sure what has changed. I am over 50 and need a good eye cream and makeup remover. Thanks 2011-03-13 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello.
Toleriane is a great choice for sensitive, rosacea skin. There are three cleansers to choose from in the Toleriane line: Purifying Foaming Creme, Toleriane Dermo Cleanser and Toleriane Bar. The Foaming Creme is for sensitive normal to oily skin, and the Dermo Cleanser is good for a sensitive, normal to dry skin and the Bar can be used for all sensitive skin, but consumers who like a "bar".
I would recommend also recommend Physiological Cleansing Gel to cleanse with (great for all sensitive skins as well)and to remove makeup, using Rosalic Moisturizer/ UV for AM and PM. If you are experiencing breakouts, I would also add in Effaclar DUO to use. My favorite eye creme for skins 50+ is Substiane Eyes.. its heavenly!

Please tell me the best way to use them

Effaclar K and Duo by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello! Thank you for your question- a great question too!
You can use these two products together; best to alternate time of usage. The K will be used all over the face; I like to think of this as a preventative treatment, and for very oily skins, can be used as a moisturizer and the DUO will be used in the areas of active breakouts. The Effaclar DUO will reduce inflammation, kill P.acnes bacteria. The Effaclar K will also give mild exfoliation to assist in debris from forming on the skin/ breakouts.

How to use Biomedic Retinol by
Hi, I'm a 66-year old who is beginning to develop wrinkles. Currently I use Substiane, Substiane Yeux, and Biomedic Retinol 30. I really like La Roche and wonder if I am using the products properly. Should I use both Substiane and Biomedic overnight, or in some other combination. Help! 2011-03-08 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello!
Yes, you are correct to be using Substiane and Substiane Yeax. Remember to apply your Retinol first, then about 10 minutes afterward use Substiane over it. Substiane can be used in the AM as well, but just remember to apply a sunscreen over it, such as Anthelios SX. Or, you can apply Redermic UV during the daytime - this is a Vitamin C product that will help stimulate collegen production, but also protect your skin for UV damage.

Thank you for contacting us. I would recommend a mild cleanser that will help keep your skin feeling fresh and not adding any additional oil to you. Try Physiological Cleansing Gel, and also Physiological Ultra Fine Scrub (2-3 days wk). The scrub will also help keep skin exfoliated and will help with your occasional breakouts. Exfoliation is an important key for smoother younger looking skin!
Also, try using Effaclar K Acne Treatment Fluid as a light moisturizer or also using Toleriane Facial Fluid. Effaclar K will also give you some slight exfoliation as well!

Paraben in Anthelio SX safe? by
I was about to purchase Anthelio SX but then noticed that it has paraben in it. Isn't paraben unsafe because it is carcinogenic? Please advise. 2011-03-02 Comments
Parabens by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi, thank you for your question. It is true Anthelios SX does have paraben which is a food grade preservative. Such formulations, as our Anthelios SX, need a preservative to keep the product from going bad. Parabens recently have received alot of bad press - but please keep in mind La Roche Posay and Anthelios are sold all over the world and we would not produce anything dangerous or carcinogenic. However, there are some products La Roche Posay is able to produce paraben free. UVA is a danger to us day to day, and Anthelios SX is a great way to protect your skin from further damages (skin cancer, fine lines and wrinkles, etc).

Antioxidants? by AE
I'm in my early 20s but I want to prevent aging issues before they start! I'm interested in Active C for Normal/Combination skin, but Derm AOX sounds good too. Which should I start with? I have combination skin with occasional breakouts that leave reddish marks. 2011-03-02 Comments
Active C for young skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
You are correct!! You are never to young for a vitamin C product! It has been said that around the time you turn 20 years, you can lose about 1% of collegen a year- SCARY! Vitamin C will help stimulate collegen production- keeping you look your best through your middle age years! Normal to Combo skin is the correct choice for your skin type. Derm AOX is also a vit C product, but is also considered an Anti-Glycation product (surgar ages us) that will assist in surgar from attaching to your collegen fibers. I would suggest starting with Active C and Active C Eyes- then you can add in Derm AOX in the future a PM treatment for further protection.

Toleriane Facial Fluid by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello, I am a sensitized skin too!
I think you would benefit from adding in a oil free moisturizer to help with the dryness that can be associated with some acne products. Toleriane Facial Fluid is oil free, and made with Thermal Spring Water, which will help with any sensitivity and redness you are experiencing. I would also recommend Toleriane Purifying Foaming Creme as a cleanser. This will help you with the oiliness and also not sensitize your skin any more. Best luck!

I'd like to try either he effaclar deep cleasing cream or hte purifying foaming gel, which would you recommend? what is the difference between the two?
Also, i am going to peru and would like a good sunscreen for being outdoors for my face that will not cause break outs, any suggestions?
thank you! 2011-02-16 Comments
Effaclar Cleansers by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello! How exciting you will be in Peru! If you have a thick, oily skin, my suggestion is to try the Effaclar Purifying Foaming Creme. However, if you are more active acne and acne prone, please try the Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel.
I think you would also like the Anthelios Ultra Light SPF 60 for your trip as well. This is a matte, very fluid like texture that will not feel oily or heavy for you. Have a great trip!

Question for La Roche Rep by
I'm 40 years old, have oily, acne prone skin, wrinkles around my eyes, mouth, and on my forehead. I currently use Biomedic face wash & Effaclar Duo. I'm also fair complected and suffer from skin darkening since pregnancy. I'd truly appreciate any advice. 2011-02-16 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello, thank you for your question. I am glad to hear you are using Effaclar Duo- a fantastic product for acne prone skin! Since you are experiencing melasma (pregnancy mask) I want to make sure you are using Anthelios SX (oil free) or Anthelios Ultra Light Fluid is SPF 45 or 60 (great for oily skin). Exposure to damaging UVA rays will worsen melasma.
I would also suggest Mela D Serum. This has a mixure of two exfoliating acids- LHA and Glycolic- and also Kojic acid that will help lighten your melasma. However, withour proper sunscreen, you will never see an improvement. Best of luck to you and your skin!

red cheeks and chin by
I am 40 years old and have had red cheeks and chin for awhile i never break out and i would say my skin is dry.
i can use a product for a long while it will work and than stop and my skin is back to being sensitive, red and blotchy. i don't mind a little redness but i just want a product i can count on 24/7 can you tell me a routine that would be great for me. I love dewy hydrated skin. 2011-02-16 Comments
Toleriane Ultra by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. I would recommend a new moisturizer- Toleriane Ultra. This is a hydrating, comforting texture, will help releive the dryness and redness associate with a highly reactive, sensitized skin. Our products our made with Thermal Spring Water which will help keep your skin hydrated and calm.
Another suggestion is to use Rosaliac or Rosaliac UV. These products have a green tint that will help reduce the red skin tone you are experiencing.

Hydreane Riche by
It seems you cannot purchase the Hydreane Riche in the U.S. What is the most comparable product you recommend using in it's place? 2011-02-09 Comments
Hydreane by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. A good replacement is Nutritic 2.5% if you have dry skin or 5% if you have very dry skin (all year long dry). However, if your skin is intolerant (a step above sensitive) i would recommend Toleriane range (try the Toleriane Soothing Protective Cream) instead. Best wishes and keep your skin protected.

What to use? by
Hello I am 33, normal to combo skin. I usually break out once a month on my chin with one major pimple that hurts and seems deep rooted, then it leaves a dark mark on my skin for a while. I have not used your products yet and need to know which ones to try. Also would like an eye cream as I'm starting to get fine lines. Please advise! 2011-02-07 Comments

What cleansers or exfoliants do you recommend for me?
Occasional Acne with Marks by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello - thank you for your comment. I would recommend the new Effaclar Duo, all over moisturizer for the night and Active C Normal Combination skin for the day. For your eye contour, use Active C Eyes, day and night.
Effaclar duo contains LHA 0.4& and Benzoil Peroxyde 5.5% that will help renew your skin and fight inflammation due to occasional acne breakouts. It is safe and wont dry out your skin.
Active C range contains pure L Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C stable and potent) to fight aging and first lines. Will also moisturize your skin so it is confortable and radiant everyday.

Skin Care Regimen for Sensitive Irritated Skin by
I am a 39 year old African American female with sensitive skin - most brands of makeup and sunscreens irritate my skin. I use a flower based makeup brand and a chemical free sunscreen. I also get redness from applying products and irritation. My nose has been getting irritated with bumps that eventually open then heal and return throughout the month, and I get one or two big red pimples on my face usually once per month. Which skin care regimen would you recommend including Sunscreen? 2011-02-03 Comments
African American Sensitive Skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello - thank you for your comment. Based on the description you gave me, I would suggest Toleriane range - formulated for intolerant and reactive skin. Try one of the Toleriane cleansers day and night followed by NEW Toleriane Ultra - a minimalistic formula for highly intolerant skin with 0% preservatives, 0% fragrance, 0% parabens or colorants. As a make up remover, try Physiological Micelar Solution -use with a cottom disk to remove make up on face and eye contour. Very gentle and appropriate for all skin types. Good luck and let me know how it works for you.

Can I use Hydraphase under redermic plus in am and Retinol in pm if I need? I am 51, fair and midly sesitive. 2011-01-25 Comments
hydraphase under Redermic+ by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
yes, all our products are formulated to work in synergy. You can layer hydraphase light under Redermic. Ideally a serum would be more appropriate to layer because of its texture. I would recommend Derm-AOX because of its anti-glycation benefits (also anti-aging) which will be complementary to Redermic+.

skin care regime by
I currently use Redermic+face & eyes in am. I layer anthelois 15 moisturizer on top. I actually prefer the anthelios 60 fluid but my skin feels dry with just these 2 products.Any ideas? I was using a combo of Biomedic 15/ 30 , alternating at night. They have discontinued the 15 strength . When I just use the 30 my skin gets dry & irritated easily. Is there something I can wear @ night under the retinol? I am 52 , fair skin , freckles, somewhat sensitive. Thanks. 2011-01-25 Comments
Reco products by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi - thank you for your questions. At night i would reco a serum, such as Mela D Serum with Glycolic Acid and LHA to help gently renew the skin. As per Redermic + pls make sure you are using the Dry/Normal skin version (and not the Normal Combination one). Sometimes in the winter the skin needs a richer cream. Switch back in the Spring to the Normal Combination if you prefer. If using Redermic+ Dry is still not emolient enough, try layering Derm-AOX serum or switch to Substiane, a more emolient anti-aging.

Which sunscreen? by
I am going on a trip to the Caribbean soon. I was given a sample of Anthelios 45 Ultralight sunscreen, and like it. I also have noticed Anthelios SX, Anthelios 15 and Anthelios 40. I have normal to oily skin. Can the 15 be used all over the body? I usually redden and then tan. I use Active C Yeux, and Active C Normal to Oily. I'm 59, and take good care of my skin. Which sunscreen would be good to take, and how much for one week? Do you have a product for after sun? 2011-01-17 Comments
Trip to sunny areas by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. If you get more red than than i would recommend you a higher SPF protection. Anthelios 60 Ultra Fluid for your face and Anthelios 45 Body for your body. Both textures are very light, non-comedogenic (wont clog pores) and the protection comprehensive, with high UVA & UVB levels. Also, thanks to the CellOx Shield technology in Anthelios range you also have anti-oxidant protection that targets every cell.
We usually recommend reapply every 2 hours during sun exposure. By doing so a bottle should last one full weekend/person.
the product after sun is Posthelios, usually a limited edition so it is not available at this moment. If you want a moisturizer for post sun, try Lipikar Body Lotion. It will help replenish your skin after exposure.

I am 57 and have been using La Roche Posay for the last 10 years. I also have tried SkinCeuticals. Back to La Roache Posay though. I eat healthy exercise and take good care of my skin. I have also had CO2 Laser 10 yrs ago and a couple of treatments of Fraxil. What La Roche Posay products would be best for me? 2011-01-17 Comments
Mature Skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
It is great to hear you have been using our products for the last 10 years!! I would recommend Substiane and Substiane Eyes, with Pro-Xylane a new ingredient result of 7 years of research that help replenish substance and moisture to the skin. I would also complement that with a gentle cleanser and some exfoliation (please see Physiological cleansers line). Please let me know how it works for you!

Dry skin by
I have very dry skin and recently purchaced the Hydrophase UV. But my skin is still flaky after applying my makeup, my skin is also very sensative and prone to breakouts. Would you recommend changing to a different moisturizer? I am also interested in a daily cleanser and a night cream. Thank you 2011-01-16 Comments
Very Dry Skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question.
In fact, Nutritic is our range for dry and very dry skin. Hydraphase is formulated to replenish hydration. Very dry skin needs also to replenish natural lipids (oils). because you have skin prone to blemishes, i would recommend Nutritic 2.5%. Use it regularly day and night. For best results, also incorporate a mild cleanser (that will not strip out natural beneficial oils), such as Toleriane Foaming Cleanser or Physiological Gel Cleanser.

Sensitive, intolerant skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi Linda - -thank you for your comment. Based on what you told me, Toleriane seems to be the range for you, because it is formulated for very sensitive, intolerant skin. It has the minimum amount of ingredients necessary to give your skin protection and the calming comfort of our descongesting Thermal Spring Water, rich in Selenium. Try Toleriane Soothing Protective Care as your moisturizer and Toleriane Dermo Cleanser (if you like wipe off cleansers) or Toleriane Foaming Cleanser (if you prefer wash off cleansers). I would also recommend you visit a good dermatologist when you have a chance. Good luck and please let me know how your skin feels in one month!

Sensative skin thats me I need a gentle cleanser for daily use. I dont wear makeup everyday so can you give me a suggestion? If I even blot my current cleanser me skin turns red. Please help 2011-01-10 Comments
Cleanser Recommendation by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi there - based on your comment (your cleanser makes your skin red) i would recommend trying Toleriane Foaming Cleanser. It has been formulated with minimum number of ingredients to minimize reactions and tested on even the most sensitive skin types. I would also pay attention on the ingredient list of your current cleanser in order to learn what makes your skin react, if you see the same pattern with other products too. If this problem continues, I would recommend visiting your dermatologist when you have a chance.

Question by
Hello,
I have been a lifetime user of Cetaphil facial products, as I have pretty sensitive skin. After doing some research, I wanted to change my skin care routine due to the ingredients in Cetaphil. I tried the Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cream Cleanser, along with the Soothing Protective Facial Fluid. My skin was drying out, so I switched to the Protective Facial Cream. However, I am breaking out in places that I never have before, in the area of my cheeks close to my ear. I also purchased the Gentle Cleansing Bar. Could you please recommend a routine for me, I can't stand these zits! Thank you! 2010-12-29 Comments
Routine for stubborn acne and sensitve skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hello - thank you for your comment. I believe I understand your frustration, as I used to suffer from acne myself...
As you skin is sensitive and prone to acne your regimen should be the Effaclar range. I would recommend Effaclar K as your moisturizer and Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel as your gentle cleanser (more foaming and less rubbing, easy to rinse, milder cleansing base). I would also include on your routine the Thermal Spring Water as your toner, to be used between the cleanser and the moisturizer. For periods of occasional blemishes, use Effaclar AI (or the new Effaclar Duo) on the zones affected. Please let me know how it works for you!

TOLERAINE CLEANSER by
I CURRENTLY AM USING THE TOLERAINE CLEANSER BECAUSE I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE , REACTIVE SKIN . I WAS ALSO USING THE FOAMING CLEANSER AND THIS WAS TOO MUCH ON MY SKIN . DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS ON A CLEANSER BY LA ROCHE ? 2010-12-27 Comments
Cleanser by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
I would suggest using one cleanser only. Either type of toleriane could work or perhaps something more soothing, such as the new Physiological Gel Cleanser. I would also add a light moisturizer, such as hydraphase or Redermic+ if you are looking to fight wrinkles.
Happy new year!

Lipikar Balm on face? by AE
I have some dry, peeling patches on my face. Will the Lipikar Balm clog my pores if I put it on these spots? My skin is prone to occasional acne blemishes. 2010-12-07 Comments
Dry Patches on Acne Prone Skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
I would not recommend Lipikar Balm in your case. Lipikar Balm is for extreme dry skin, usually for body.
For face, try Effaclar K during the day and Nutritic 2.5% Emulsion at night.
Effaclar K is a renewing fluid for acne prone skin. It is non-comedogenic so it wont clog your pores and will hydrate your skin.
Nutritic 2.5% is a super-fine emulsion that will help smooth the dry patches. Use every night or every other night, depending on how your skin reacts. Use Effaclar K every day and also at those nights you decide not to apply Nutritic.
Let me know in a month how your skin reacts! Best, Daniela.

Mela-D by
I am very very disappointed to find out that Mela-D has been discontinued. Both me and my daughter use the product, and it works, even on the most difficult problems, such as sun damage, and malasma. Why would something like that be discontinued. Frankly, I don't trust anything else. HELP!! What would you suggest in place of Mela-D that's just as effective and safe to the skin. Please pass my comment on to the manufacturer. Thanks. 2010-12-06 Comments

Decision by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your comment! Based on your goals (fight wrinkles), your skin type and your age range I recommend trying the new Redermic+ routine:
. Redermic+ Normal/Combination Skin to help fill in and correct wrinkles while also firming the skin. Use day and night on face and neck
. Redermic+ Eyes to help correct wrinkles around eye contour.
These products are amongst our best sellers. Our clinical studies have shown significant results on the skin.
To pair your treatment you should also consider a great cleansing routine. I recommend Toleriane Foam Cleanser as your daily cleanser, Physiological Miscellar Solution (to remove impurities and make up on face and also eyes). Twice or Three times a week, Physiological Scrub to gently exfoliate and help renew the skin. Hope this helps!

Sorry for the late response. In La Roche Posay range, if you use Cicaplast as your daily moisturizer, then you can replace it with Redermic+ Intensive Anti-Wrinkle Fill in Care.
Redermic+ contains the same skin healing ingredient as Cicaplast: Madecassoside.
You can choose between the version for dry skin or the one for normal/combination skin.

HydroActive replacement by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
I would recommend La Roche Posay's Substiane Replenishment Care.
Substiane restores the skin’s fundamental substance and replenishes moisture to the epidermal layer

- 24-hour moisturization - suitable for even the most sensitive skin
Substiane formula contains:
. 5% Pro-Xylane: restores fundamental substance
. 0.1% Arginine: hydrating agent
. 0.2% Serine: protecting agent
. Paraben-free
If you use an eye product, I recommend trying Subtiane Eyes to restore firmness and correct under-eye puffiness.

Winter moisturizers for acne-prone skin by AE
I have been using the Effaclar M mattifying lotion, but now that it's getting colder this does not seem to be moisturizing enough. I am 21 and have combination skin with occasional breakouts, and my cheeks, chin and nose tend to be quite dry in the winter. I sometimes use Anthelios SX, which is more moisturizing, but it makes my face greasy within an hour. Can you recommend a winter moisturizer that doesn't clog pores or leave skin greasy? I was considering Nutritic emulsion or the lighter Hydraphase... 2010-11-22 Comments

thank you for your question. If you are 25+ years you can also try Active C for normal/combination skin. Contains Vitamin C and glicerin which will hydrate without greasy feel. You might also want to consider using a milder foam cleanser during winter months - i recommend La Roche Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel or the Physiological Cleansing Gel (both are paraben free, soap free and alcohol free)

Eye care suggestion by
I use 2 LaRoche-Posay products currently. The Effaclar K acne treatment hels with occasional break-outs. I also use the Rosalic anti-redness moisterizer around my nose and chin to reduce the redness in this area. I love both of these products and am looking for something for the dark circles around my eyes. I'm 49 years old and have combination skin, with most breakouts occuring in the T-zone. My pores are small and most of my wrinkles are around my eyes. I'm fair skinned, and it's not particulary sensitive. Treating the wrinkles would be a bonus. The skin around my eyes is getting thinner causing the dark circles to be more prominent. What can you suggest? 2010-11-14 Comments

Are La Roche Posay cleansers safe for combined use with prescription medication? by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. Our Effaclar line is doctors recommended for acne prone skin patients. While no specific study has been done yet on the combined efficacy of Effaclar with Epiduo (there are just too many acne medications out there, it is almost impossible to have clinical evidence with every single therapy available..), we know La Roche Posay products are indeed tested and recommended for even the most sensitive skin types.
I would start with Effaclar Foaming Gel, a mild cleanser that is formulated to purify the skin while minimizing risks of irritation. It is also soap-free, alcohol-free, colorant-free and paraben-free.

You were recommended, however, I don't know which LaRoche products to replace mine with. I am 42, oily, still break out at times. I have been using the strongest tretinoin in the Obagi line with am and pm hydroquine products, the stronger exfoliant and foaming gel and toner so i'm not super sensitive. Any advise you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so so much. 2010-11-03 |

sensitive/acne prone skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your comment! The line is Effaclar effective to clear up the skin yet gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin.
You can start with:
Step 1) Cleanse with Effaclar Purifying Foam Gel (or if your skin is very sensitive try Effaclar Deep Cleansing Foaming Cream)
Step 2) Tone with Effaclar Toner
Step 3) Hydrate with Effaclar K [with Salicylic Acid and LHA to help renew the skin, Glycacil as anti-bacterial and Zinc Pidolate to reduce excess oil] this hydrator will help reduce blackhead, control breakouts and improve skin overall texture.
Step 4) Zone Treatment with Effaclar AI [this award winning product should be applied in the "zone" where acne flares up to treat and reduce the inflammation and prevent residual discoloration
Use it religiously and you will see the difference without irritation.

Lipikar surgras cleansing bar by

Thank you for your comment and i apologize for the delay on this reply.
First, I wanted to say that it is always great to hear stories of consumers are loyal and passionate about our products! Thank you for that.
You are correct, sometimes we change or reformulate our products to make sure we are offering the most advanced technology to address a specific skin concern.
Other times, our labs are develop a new fragrance or component that is found to be even safer for highly sensitive skin (compared to the current ones). When that happens, we might decide to reformulate and keep offering our clients the best products we can possibly develop.
However, if you did not like new fragrance on the Lipikar bar, i hope you can find another product in the Lipikar range that addresses your concerns and meets your needs in terms of fragrance and efficacy.

Sun screen or anti wrinkle treatment? by
I am 41, I would consider my skin to be normal to dry. I have wrinkles all over, the ones that bother me the most; besides the crows feet. I have wrinkles under my eyes, more so when I smile, and I have lost some elasticity. I have researched and determined I would try the Active C Eye treatment and the Active C Anti-Wrinkle Dermatological Treatment for dry skin, however I have also read I would need a sunscreen, so I am torn, should I get the Active C Anti Wrinkle treatment or the Hydraphase sunscreen? If you have any suggestions please let me know. 2010-10-11 Comments
Anti-Wrinkle or Sunscreen? by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
You need both and I will explain why. The sunscreen with broad protection on the UVA range will act preventing new wrinkles from forming. At the same time, the anti-wrinkle will help correct the existing ones. I would recommend Active C Dry skin + Anthelios SX layered every morning (wait a couple min between each product application). At night, use Active C only.
However, you can boost the night treatment with Derm AOX, a serum that fights oxidation and glycation aging processes to revive your complexion. If you use make up daily, dont forget to remove it really well as cleansing and exfoliating is a key step to help ingredients penetrate well. Hope this helps!

Active C Eyes or Hydraphase Eyes by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi - Sorry for the late response.
As a matter of fact, it depends on what your goals are. Active C Eyes is a ultra-effective product to combat fine lines and wrinkles. While Hydraphase UV Eyes is an ultra-effective moisturizer that will help prevent them and protect your eye contour from damaging and aging effects of UV-rays. If you have both, i would use Hydraphase in the AM and Active C in the PM.

Discontinued - La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Soothing Body Care by
Hi,
I have been using this product for over four years for my daughter. I have been religiously purchasing this product for my daughter's exczema. What is a good replacement regimen for her skin now that this item has been discontinued?
Help! Her exczema is all but non existent and I don't want her to have a relapse because this item is not available.
Thanks! 2010-10-05 |

Product Recommendations by
I have skin that is sensitive, and has acne. Recently, due to an increase in humidity, it has become rather oily, all while being irritated and red. What products can you recommend to help me combat my breakouts, oiliness, and the irritation I am experiencing? 2010-09-30 Comments
product recommendation breakouts + sensitive skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question! As La Roche Posay's products are designed for even the most sensitive skin I think we can help. I would recommend the following regimen:
1. Cleanse : Effaclar Foaming Cream
2. Tone: Effaclar Toner and/or La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water (soothes irritation, used by dermatologists to reduce redness after chemical peels)
3. Moisturize: Effaclar K
4. Localized breakouts: Effaclar AI
Use the routine "religiously" for minimum of 28 days (sometimes it gets worse before it clears out).
You should see results without irritation.

Biomedic by
I have been using Biomedic products for over 25 years now. I see that they are discontinuing many of their products. I think that I have read somewhere that the La Roche-Posay is a good product to turn to? I would like to hear your feed back. I need something that is equal in quality and results. 2010-09-30 |

37 and have dry, tight, sensitive, and redness prone skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question! Your skin is prone to redness and feels tight so I would recommend Toleriane Foaming Cleanser (cleanser) and Toleriane Rich (moisturizer). Toleriane range was create for "intolerant skin" types: soothes and decongests. It contains minimum number of ingredients, 0% fragrance, 0% parabens, 0% alcohol and 0% preservatives.
If you use make-up regularly, add Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser as a first step. then Toleriane Foaming Cleanser and finish with Toleriane Riche.
If you also see micro blood vessels that are trigged by emotions, spicy food or climate, replace Toleriane Riche with Rosaliac as your moisturizer. You can choose the formula with sunscreen or without.
Use Anthelios SX as your daily sunscreen in case you prefer a moisturizer without sunscreen. Protects from UV damage and premature aging.
If you like a toner, I would recommend spritz the Thermal Spring Water, rich in anti-oxidant Selenium to soothe and protect the skin (use before the moisturizer).
I gave you a lot of options so you can create your regimen, depending on your own preferences.
Hope this helps.

[Look for a silver packaging]
The same great formula became even more effective thanks to Neurosensine, a new ingredient to help reduce micro-inflammation [recent research has shown micro-inflamation can accelerate aging, particularly on sensitive skin type]
You will love it!

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water by
I was going to order the LaRoche-Posay Thermal Spring Water and give it to my daughter-in-law with a cute atomizer. After looking at this product at Dermstore it appears it is already in a spray type bottle? I appreciate your help.

Thermal Spring Water by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Hi Carol --- yes, this product comes in a spray can which makes it ready to apply. If you already have the atomizer you can always add one of our liquid tonerers on it so she can spray on her face to keep it fresh and toned.
Another idea for gift is the travel size set we are currently offering on the site with a purchase. Comes with many travel size products and a cute pouch she can use to keep her skincare and make up organized!

Bahamas vacations by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question. For your vacations at the beach I would recommend a higher SPF and water-resistant sunscreen : Anthelios 60 Ultra Fluid is perfect for oily skin and contains Cell-Ox Shield technology with anti-oxidants that actually protection the skin against UV damage down to the cellular level. Its texture is non-comedogenic so it won't cause breakouts and will leave a matte finish. For the body I recommend Anthelios 45 Body. Same technology and non-oily finish.

Help me choose the BEST La Roche Posay Anthelios product for my skin by
Hello,
I need your help in selecting the right sunscreen for my skin. I have a combination skin. Oily at the T zone. The products you offer in the oily skin section are various.
Here's more about my skin,
My skin gets darkened very quickly with little exposure to sun.
Acne prone.
Too much sebum around my nose region.
I want a sun screen that feels very light and blends into my skin and not make my skin oily.
I do not know if a lotion or fluid is better for me. Please explain me which one is the best for me.
Thank you. 2010-08-03 Comments
Ideal sunscreen for oily or acne prone skin by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
Thank you for your question as it might benefit many other men/women with oily or acne prone skin!
La Roche Posay Anthelios range has 2 products that are well suitable for your skin type: Anthelios SX and Anthelios 60 Shaka Ultra Fluid. The key differences are the SPF level (both offer exceptional UVA protection) and the hydration level it delivers (Anthelios SX is also a daily moisturizer).
I would recommend to start with Anthelios 60 Shaka Ultra Fluid layered with your own moisturizer because the texture is ultra light and leaves a matte finish. Wait 1-2 minutes between each product application. I use it myself and love it!

Anthelios 60 ultra light by
I love the texture of this product and have extremely sensitive skin, but I noticed that when it is hot and humid out or when I exercise it turns bright neon yellow/green and stains my clothing! The stain does not easily wash out. I had to wash 2 of my white shirts twice in bleach (which I do not usually do) to get the stain out. I did a web search and found a posting at makeup alley from a woman who has had the same thing happen. What causes this? Thanks 2010-06-13 Comments
by La Roche Posay Representative - La Roche-Posay Representative
There is a possibility of a yellow residue due the ingredient called Avobenzone. This issue can occur with any good sunscreen containing this essential sun filter. It should dissapear with one or 2 washes.
As always, La Roche-Posay follows a strict formulation charter in terms of quality, efficacy and safety. In addition, all of our formulations including Anthelios 60 are clinically proven to meet the highest standards for safety and efficacy while also strictly adhering to the FDA monograph for sunscreens which reinforces our demonstrated safety and efficacy claims.

All Anthelios products are suitable for sensitive skin. However, if you will be outdoors and in the water a lot, I recommend products from the NEW Anthelios 45 or Anthelios 60 range. Try the award-winner Anthelios Ultra-Light Texture with Cell-Ox Shield. 2010-06-03 |

LaRoche-Posay by RG
While in Europe, I purchased LaRoche-Posay's eyemakeup liquid remover which is fantastic for my sensitive eyes. I do not see it in your website. Also, their tinted moisturizer w/an SPF of 50+ which is also very good. Would you be carrying them?
