Lee Graff began her career in 1985 as a Corrective Makeup Specialist at the CosMedic Clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
At the Clinic, Lee searched extensively for products which would meet her criteria of achieving a totally natural look. Finding no existing products to meet these standards, Lee created her own line and so began the development of Cover FX. The products she wanted to offer her patients would be free of irritants and suitable for even the most sensitive, intolerant skins. They would offer her patients therapeutic benefits and environmental protection and she would be able to match each patient’s skin tone with a single shade.
In conjunction with Dr. Neil Shear, Chief of Dermatology at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Graff went on to create the Cover FX brand of total coverage cosmetics.
Lee continues her work as a Corrective Makeup Specialist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and has been instrumental in the creation of similar clinics of NYU Medical Centre in New York City, Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit Michigan and Howard University in Washington, DC.
