I love this product
5Avene antirougeurs does what is says. I have severe rosacea and use a prescription, but I am still very red. This product reduces that redness very well. It goes on smooth and actually also reduces any irritation that can be caused by the prescription. I would highly recommend this product.

5I'm disappointed I waited as along as I did to try this product. As I've gotten older my rosacea has gotten worse and has now developed into dry flaky skin. My dermatologist recommended Avène but I was hesitant and felt I could find better products. After trying nearly everything, I will say that so far this has impressed me the most. Now obviously no product will completely get rid of the redness or flare ups. But this product actually does a pretty decent job and helping minimize it. I use small amount on just the areas I am most red. I wait for it to soak in and then use a moisturizer. I feel like it's an extra layer of moisture which has helped with the dry patches. I'm happy I finally tried it!

5I LOVE this lotion. It is great for sensitive skin and really helps with dryness. It is a bit thicker so I use it at night instead of under my makeup. I apply it at night and can notice a visible difference when I wake up in the morning.

5After waiting for this very favorably reviewed product, I was a little disappointed. It is easy to apply and felt really nice on my skin. I did not notice any redness relief, but in fairness discontinued use after a few days. Unfortunately this, together with other Avene products caused several breakouts on my face. I have not had blemishes in years, so I am returning this product.

2I have extremely dry, sensitive skin which is often red coupled with broken capillaries on my chin and around my nose. Due to my dryness, I can't layer heavy makeup to cover the redness and I'm looking for a product to work on my actual skin. The product did slightly improve the redness of the skin but did nothing to reduce the appearance of the broken capillaries and the redness associated with them.

5This product is great for sensitive skin. As I have rosacea, I have to be very careful what I put on my skin. This works great and I have been very happy with it!!

5I have used this everyday for the last year and have seen great improvements in overall face redness. A bit pricey to use as a moisturizer, which is what I prefer (as opposed to a spot treatment), but anytime I have tried to switch moisturizers I've found myself returning and reordering this.

5Helps with redness and dry patches. Thank you to the person below who mentioned applying this on damp skin...if used on dry skin it can be difficult to rub in. I use it with the avene thermal spay and it's perfect.
