Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil calms, soothes and alleviates itching associated with atopic dermatitis and eczema. The moisturizing oil deeply cleans without drying out the skin or causing further aggravation during flare-up
In the shower, lather in hands before applying to the skin. In the bath, pour the equivalent of 5 pumps into bathwater while filling the tub. Rinse and gently pat dry. Follow with XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream for very dry skin or XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Balm for severely dry skin.

Less oily and more of a soap feeling cleanser. You really have to wet your hands and face when you apply it but it gets the job done as a first cleanser to remove makeup and SPF

I love the Avene Thermal Spring water and when I saw they made a cleansing body oil I had to try it! The cold dry winter has really wrecked havoc on my skin and I was in desperate need of something to cleanse yet not strip my already patched skin of any moisture and thankfully I found it!

I love this cleanser! I deal with eczema and horrible allergies that take a toll on my skin, particularly around my nose at times and this cleanser doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It thoroughly cleans my skin without leaving it tight or dried out. I highly recommend for any skin type!

I have very sensitive skin, but it also breaks out easily. I've tried so many different cleansers that dry my skin, but this one doesn't. I love how it feels on my skin, and I can use it morning and evening without it feeling dried out.

My skin is sensitive and got to the point of being bright red and painful from any product I would use. I decided to simplify my routine and only use skin care that was approved for eczema, even though I don’t have eczema. I used this product and the first aid beauty’s moisturizer, that’s it for about 6 months! This didn’t suddenly make my skin perfect but it did help my skin to repair its barrier and really calm down irritation. I am now able to use other products and mostly not have a reaction. I would recommend this product to anyone with very sensitive skin looking for a gentle cleanser. It will not remove makeup but will clean without drying or irritation.

I am really happy with this cleanser. I like how nourishing it feels on the skin but I'm really happy it emulsifies so well and doesn't leave an oily residue left on my skin like some other cleansing oils/balms have done. It does smell kind of odd though? It is fragrance free but the natural smell of the oils caught me off guard the first time I used it. Overall really happy with it and I probably found a holy grail for my sensitive skin's first cleanse!

the Cleansing Oil works really well to get off and absorb all of my makeup and get it off my skin. After using this, I typically will then go in with another cleanser to make sure my skin is really clean.
