I stopped using this temporarily and I really noticed that my skin seemed duller and I had more hyperpigmentation.   Started using it again and my skin is brighter.  I have less acne.  It does sting if you have any scratches or chapped skin.  It has a very mild scent.  

I really like this nighttime cream.  It does tingle when you put it on, but quickly dissipates.  Sinks in nicely and is not greasy.

Has made such a difference with reducing the discoloration from old acne scars and sun spots. Skin has become much brighter and smooth since using. Was a little harsh for daily use so backed down to 2–3 times per week and found that worked best for my skin. Applies smoothly and doesn’t leave any residue. I put it on at night before bed. Highly recommend! 

if you have skin that can take glycolic acid - this stuff is for you! it is extremely strong. I have sensitive skin and rosacea and this makes my face, neck and decollete flaming red - even if I only use a small amount. I used on stretch marks on my hips instead.

My skin changed because of this product! I had dull, uneven colored, acne prone skin. My skin is very sensitive and dries out easily, so I only use it once a week. My skin  was glowing, soft and even, and my acne decreased! I will probably try the 10% because 20% was a little too drying for me.

Smoother skin noticed. I have sensitive skin, so unable to use every night- I recommend every other night followed be a soothing moisturizer.

The brand was recommended by my dermatologist as medical grade products. A little goes a long way. Must moisturize and work up to daily use, however I only use a few times weekly in order to rotate with other products. Results are lovely.

I actually liked that you could feel this product working. There is a burning/tingling sensation from the high GA content here. What I didn't love were some of the irritating ingredients in this product that I believe are the cause for a few breakouts. May be purging or could be my skin reacting to the silicone in this. Either way, if your skin is fine with the ingredients, this is a great product as you wont notice any dryness. Highly moisturizing.

Much smoother and more supple skin after daily use. Sometimes during the summer when I'm in the sun, using this cream can burn a bit more than usual so I only use 1-2x per week. Keeps dead skin and clogged pores at bay.

I use this at least once a week. Seems to make my skin clearer and helps with unclogging my pores.
