This has been helpful in keeping my skin clear. Since starting to take this, I have noticed I am breaking out less. I take two pills in the morning and two pills in the evening. These don't smell very good, but also don't upset my stomach or anything like that.

I am taking these supplements along with using my topical acne prevention products from Eminence. Although the bottle says to take 2 pills twice a day, I always forget to take them with dinner. So I'm only taking 2 pills every morning, which means the bottle is going to last twice as long.
