Easy! app guides you and not time intensive
So far so good! I have used it three weeks for 5 x per week. The set is great because for me the special eye and mouth attachment is a must-have. The app has instructions, shows and walks you through every step - after using you can keep on doing to track progress or do on your own. I know there are knock-offs out there. I say get the original and real time and lab tested NuFace.

Loving it!
I wish I had purchased this sooner. I noticed results on half of my face immediately. I was hooked. I have hooded eyes so it makes a difference daily. My skin looks just more bouncy and fresh. I have been so happy with the results that I want to use it everyday. I love it.
