This is the best face sunscreen.
This product is so light and wonderful. The consistency brightens and evens skin tone as well. My dermatologist recommended it to me a few years ago and I've been using it daily ever since.

My Dermatologist Recommended
I first purchased this from my dermatologist after she recommended it to me & was really excited to be able to get this delivered through Dermstore. This moisturizer with SPF has been wonderful with my skin. I tend to break out or get flushed from SPF, but haven't had that problem with Elta MD. I've tried the tinted version, but I like this one better. It's white, but absorbs well & doesn't leave any white residue on my face.

This is a good sunscreen for people who hate sunscreens that don't melt into the skin and leave a white film (like the drunk elephant sunscreen).it is ok hydration-wise.

My favorite sunscreen
My dermatologist recommented sunscreen with Zinc Oxide, however I found the most Zinc Oxide sunscreens I had tried made my face looks very white and dry (I have tan and dry skin). I decided to try Elta UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 and love it! It is clear and very light weight, and I can also use it without moisturizer.

It's okay but it did sting my eyes.
First off let me say that I am sensitive to chemical sunscreens around my eye area. I tear up uncontrollably. And that is what happened to me with this product, but remember everyone reacts differently. I mistakenly bought this thinking it was purely a mineral-based sunscreen. This is a great formula that leaves little to no white cast depending on your skin color. However, it did make my oily skin more oily.

I have been searching for a sunscreen that is not very greasy and this sunscreen is it! Not greasy sunscreen feeling, just light feels like a regular moisturizer and more importantly has great sun protection. I use this at the beach regularly as well as a part of my daily routine. I initially discovered this product when watching a vogue YouTube feature about some Kardashian's skincare routine- the shorter Kardashian with the dark hair, not the fat one, or Kim, but the other sister.
