I don't know if this does anything for me or not. It does have good ingredients. Not sure if I will repurchase.

Just started using but already getting good results - I thought I had hormonal acne before but I'm thinking now it's more rosacea acne so hopeful this will help!

I've battled rosacea acne for a year now. I've tried everything, I found this and it has been a lifesaver. Been using it for 2 weeks now and what a difference. It most definitely works on rosacea acne. I use it with the facial gel an it is keeping my rosacea under control. So thankful for it. Kudos to Dermstore for carrying this line, helping to make it more affordable and being able to earn points towards future purchases!! Rosacea Care staff has helped me tremendously with this new condition I've been blessed with. :-) They have always gotten back with me anytime I've left a message or emailed them with questions.

I tried this serum and the nighttime cream and am overall not happy with them. The serum is fine, but I won't repurchase. The Dermalogica and La Roche Posay products are more effective in my opinion.

This product helped my rosacea more than the products prescribed by my derm. Please keep it available.

I purchased this product to help reduce the redness that I have from rosacea. I use the Rosacea Care Ultramild Cleanser for Sensitive Skin and then I follow with a topical medication and then the Willowherb Serum. I have noticed some reduction in the severity of the redness on my nose and cheeks. Hopefully, over time, with continued use, the redness will continue to improve.

Throw this in the pile of another product thats disappointing. PLEASE save you money! It did nothing to help with my redness or bumps caused by my rosacea.

I've re-purchased this product three times now and will continue to purchase again in the future. I have rosacea that makes my cheeks red and I also get papules, which are what look like pimples on my cheeks but are actually caused by my rosacea. During the day I use this serum over my entire face as the first step following cleansing and toning. It has been great. I go all day without any papules and my redness has been under control. I recommend it highly.

This product works wonders for reducing redness ! Feels great on the skin and dries matte.

I've used this serum for my mild rosacea for over a year and it's definitely one of my favorite products. I use it twice a day and the bottle lasts me about 3 months. The product absorbs quickly and leaves my skin smooth and lightly hydrated....and ready for any other product I may want to apply over top, such as sun screen or nighttime moisturizer. My only complaint is the unfortunate lack of customer support from the Rosacea Care company. They don't answer their phone, don't return phone message, and don't respond to email.
