35% Vitamin C+ Perfecting Serum (formerly known as "Vitamin C 35% Collagen Rebuilding Serum") shields skin against pollution, stress and lack of sleep while creating a more refreshed appearance. What sets this Allies of Skin formula apart from the rest? Its waterless formulation and 35% vitamin C content deliver a more powerful dose of antioxidants to give you noticeable results.
Key Ingredients:
- 25% Ethylated L-Ascorbic Acid: pure form of L-Ascorbic Acid that is extremely stable. Provides superior antioxidant protection, firms, strengthens skin barrier and visibly improves uneven skin tone
- 10% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate: a stable oil-soluble form of vitamin C that penetrates deep into the skin to brighten and provide free radical protection

Great formula* that has shown brightening and smoothing results depending on my skin's current condition. I can only compare this to iS Clinical and SC C Phloretin. My first bottle of this product did an amazing job on the entire face and eye area—as indicated—but this time around, on an oilier face (hormones), it simply doesn't absorb into the skin. Do not recommend for most skin types, especially at this price point. To add, vitamin C is applied early in one's regimen so the oily formulation is a total hindrance.

I found this to be a powerful vitamin c serum. Great to layer. Sunscreen is a must after applying. I received this in the advent box like many other users and had great results. No irritation, etc. but I’m a daily vitamin c user and use other active products a few nights a week. Maybe this is why it was perfect for me.

My DIL sent me the advent box at Christmas and this was in there. Full size product and it’s wonderful! I never used a vitamin C serum before and this one gives noticeable improvement to my skin. I will definitely purchase it once I finish this bottle.

Too strong
I also got this in the advent calendar box. I applied this one time and several hours later my face was burning and red. Then I got unsightly blotches and bumps under the skin. My face is also incredibly itchy. It's been four days and my face is still not back to normal. Needless to say, I threw this away the first day.

Burnt my skin
My husband ordered me the advent calendar box and I received this product in it. I’ve used Vit C serum before and had great results so I was excited to try this. It went on smooth and felt good initially. However, the next day my face was super itchy and on fire. It was red, splotchy, peeling and left it literally burnt. It’s been a week and it’s still burnt and I’m waiting to see a dermatologist to help repair the damage caused.
