A fine daily shampoo
This is a great dy to day product, cleans without stripping and does not weigh hair down. I'm not in love with the scent, but continue to use the product because it performs consistently.

Fuller and Healthier Hair
Since using this shampoo, my hair has become softer and more volumized. I don't think I will use anything else from now on. Before I was using drug store organic shampoos that still damaged my hair. This has been getting it back to healthy and shiny hair. I was impressed even after the first wash.

Pricey but worth it
It took a lot for me to splurge on this shampoo - I purchased the smaller bottles of both the shampoo and conditioner first - but you get what you pay for. There is a noticeable difference in how shiny and smooth my hair is using this product. I wouldn't say it's hair commercial worthy by any means but I've never had these kind of results from drugstore or any other high end brand shampoos before. I have thick, wavy/curly hair that I sometimes blow-dry out straight and curl and sometimes let air dry with mousse/gel and this shampoo works well for both styles. I came back and purchased the large (16oz) bottles and kept the small (8oz) for travel.

Bottle doesn't work
This is more of a review of Dermstore than the product itself. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner and when it arrived to me the pump was broken on the shampoo and the conditioner was not in the box. When I called Detmstore they sent out a new shampoo and sent out my conditioner. When that package arrived the conditioner pump didn't work and the shampoo bottle was open and all over the box. I called again and they sent out a third bottle of shampoo. I just got it today and again the pump does not work and the shampoo bottle was open. They have great customer service but what's the point if the product I'm getting is defective!!! First and last time I order from Dermstore.
