This is my go to heat protectant spray when I blow dry, straighten, or curl my hair. Definitely notice a difference in terms of preventing damage and breakage. Smells nice without being too overpowering.

I use this one many years. It helps hold a curl, i feel it keeps moisture in my hair. My hair is not crunchy after using. I barely will need hairspray with using. But, i don't use much any longer because of the alcohol denat. Trying to use heat treat without that drying ingredient.

i like this product but i am not always sure if it actually helps protect my hair from heat damage because i try not to wash my hair more than 2 - 3 times a week. i bought it because i want to use all natural products when possible so this replaces my previous heat protecting spray.
