3I have mild acne and sensitive skin so I decided to try this out. I was unpleasantly surprised when I realized that this moisturizer is scented. Usually fragrance irritates my skin. While this was not irritating, I was not impressed by the formula. I switched to another moisturizer from Avene that can be used for both face and body and found that it did a better job and was much cheaper than this

5I have sensitive skin along with some hormonal acne and my skin looooves this moisturizer. It is a thicker texture but it goes on so nicely and hasn't cause breakouts or reactions.

5After struggling for years to find a moisturizer that really works - especially during the winter when I spend a lot of time outside in the snow - I have FINALLY found it. My dermatologist originally recommended this and I will now forever use this product. It is lightweight and silky smooth. It's a small bottle but it goes a long way!

4I bought this moisturizer after a series of breakouts + harsh acne products. It definitely hydrates but I do find I have to reapply once in the middle of the day. I don't mind the fragrance (it's very light and powdery) but I do wonder why they thought this product needed a scent when it's intended for acne-prone, reactive skin.

5I've tried other Avene products and loved them, so I thought I'd give this a try as my day moisturizer. I'm pleased! I'm 45 with horribly reactive skin and cystic acne, and this doesn't flare up a thing. It's thin enough to go over my daytime serum (Skinceuticals Blemish), which is on the harsher side (but necessary), but moisturizing enough to assist hydration and not make makeup application a tugging game. I wish it had sunscreen for one stop shopping, but can achieve that with an SPF foundation just fine. All in all, liking this one, does the job well with cleaner ingredients than many brands.

5I bought this product for use on dry irritated skin around my nose. I put it on my whole face and it is very good. No irritation no matter where I put it on my face and I got results very quickly. My skin is very sensitive so this worked well for me.

5This is such an amazing moisturizer. I used it all throughout Accutane, and now after, as well. The only thing that I don't love is the fragrance, but I continue to use regardless! LOVE!

5I'm on a Rx Vitamin A face gel and this Ac Soothing cream/lotion does nothing to soothe, calm, or ease the dryness. It has a rather strong sweet smelling fragrance, which is horrible (irritating) for any face cream/lotion and especially for people who are using a Rx Vitamin A face cream. My one star is for packaging and some hydration. My question is, WHY put such a strong fragrance in this product when it is meant for calming and soothing the skin.....?
