Disclaimer: I thought I was actually buying the .1 Retrinal cream, but they looked so similar in packaging that I didn't even notice that there's a pretty big price difference. That being said... I've been using this product for about a month now, and I like it. It isn't greasy, and my skin feels smooth. Does it moisturize? That probably varies from person to person. I find it is easy to layer with my sunscreen (The Elta MD Broad Spectrum SPF 46 if you're wondering) and it isn't at all heavy. I'd recommend this as a day cream, but am unsure of any benefits such as skin firmness or reducing wrinkles.

Received a sample from Dermstore. I love the way my skin feels when I wear it. Although I'm not quite sure I see any difference in my skin. But, it feels so nice!

I have used the RetrinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream, which contains retinal (which is retinaldehyde, and is not the same as retinol, that's a different story, though) and liked it. I used it at night and not during the day, as I understand retinal and retinol (retinoids) are not for daytime use. I have run out and am trying a retinol product for now. Guess what? RetrinAL Day Cream contains NO retinoids, despite the "At a Glance" description. That's a good thing, since it's a DAY cream, but it is very confusing. I didn't like this cream so much for my face, because it has kinda of a matte finish, and I like a more luminous look from my moisturizer (I get that with "Tidal"). I use the RetrinAL day as a neck cream, because it is light and leaves a nice smooth finish. Most products that are advertised as neck creams feel heavy to me, and I worry that the heaviness will work with gravity to make neck aging worse. I will purchase this product again for neck use only. PS - Wheras the RetrinAL 0.1 contains Vitamin E, this product contains a pre-Vitamin E instead. Not sure what that's about.
