Use after cleansing with BABOR CLEANSING products. Shake the ampoule before use. Wrap a tissue around the neck of the ampoule, grasp it firmly, and with a sharp movement snap it open at the lower, colored ring. Alternatively, use the enclosed ampoule opener. Pour the concentrate into the palm of your hand and then smooth over your face, neck and décolleté. Pat gently and follow with a BABOR moisturizer. Always apply the entire contents of the ampoule. Use daily for 7 days.

Great Product, Bad Packaging
The interior packaging that holds the glass vials, does not hold them in place. Be very careful when opening the outer box and removing the tray with the vials. They will fall out if the tray is upside down or at an angle. I broke 5 of 7 vials immediately upon opening. So overall, waste of money.

Great product not so great packaging
I received this as part of my Beauty Fix. I actually did notice results in a couple of days. We'll see how lasting they are. There is an ample amount in each vial, almost too much. Could be used over two days if it was re-sealable. Hate, hate, hate breaking the glass tube. A couple of times little shards came off. I also don't like throwing the glass into the trash in case someone accidentally drops something off our bathroom counter and reaches in there (which happens frequently). Needs to be a re-usable dropper and bottle. Fragrance is also very strong for a serum

Great Product!
Great product! First time using this brand or something like this! I like it alot. You get results right away which is very rare with alot of products right now! You use it for 7 straight days but you can use it more if you want. I would use it for 7 straight days maybe once a month for however long you want. Would definitely use this again. Highly recommend!

Good results but could do without fragrance
I received this in my BeautyFix and was impressed with the results, it definitely seemed to plump up my fine lines and they appear less noticeable. There is a generous amount of serum in each ampule and it absorbs in nicely, no sticky or tacky feel. However, I feel like a product like this has no need for fragrance (perfume is one of the first few ingredients) and for that reason I would not repurchase. I also agree with some previous reviews that breaking a glass ampule makes me a little nervous and they could improve the packaging.

Is this magic?
I am thinking this stuff must be magic. After each use, my skin looks rejuvenated. This is the first product I can definitively say has staying power. Even after a few days, I can still see the plumpness and smooth skin coming through. Will definitely buy again!

Serum works great
I got this in my Beautyfix and it's been super impressive. Each vial gives a massive amount of serum that gets completely absorbed. There's no sticky or tacky residual at all! I'm in my early 30s and I definitely see an immediate firming and plumping of my skin. But not sure I'll repurchase because I dislike having to break glass every time...that's just a disaster waiting to happen. Hoping they come out with a dropper type of package!

Nice Product
Received it in my Beauty Fix box. Used it for 7 days as per instructions. Didn't see miraculous results but skin definitely feels smoother. I have sensitive skin and there were no side effects at all. Not crazy about the glass ampoules but used the enclosed tool and it worked fine. I also prefer fragrance-free products but this wasn't overpowering. Question: How often should I repeat the 7-day treatment? Once a month. Every other month? Please provide guidance.

Little bit magical
I'm in in my early 40s and have pretty good skin - but some wrinkles and uneven tone. This stuff made my crows feet disappear! Even my kids noticed how nice it immediately made my skin look. Will definitely buy again.

Fantastic treat for mature skin
I'm in my 40's so I'm in the target range for this products. I absolutely love the scent, it's heavenly. Enough product to fully cover the face, neck, and upper chest area, absorbs extremely well. Can be used alone or with another moisturizer or serum on top. I have extremely sensitive skin and had no issues with this serum at all. This product really provided an excellent boost to my skin and I will definitely repurchase this in the future, this is more of a quarterly specialty treatment. I only deducted a star because I don't care for the glass ampoule packaging. I would have preferred this in a jar with a dropper. On the 4th day of use, little slivers of glass from breaking the ampoule got into the serum and I rubbed it on my forehead and cheeks and had to work to get the glass sliver off my skin. It only happened once and the rest were totally fine/no issues with the glass ampoule.
