After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

If timed right, this peel works just as described! I leave it on for an hour after taking a long shower. It takes around a week for my feet to start peeling but then they are sandal ready.

I love these. I have repurchased a few times now. I will continue to buy them. They don’t seem like they do much the first few days then when the peeling kicks in it is strangely satisfying. Don’t be alarmed it’s part of the process and remember to wear socks to bed or you’ll have skin flakes on your sheets.

Hard to imagine that a summer of sunshine, sand and sandals could make my heels feel like sandpaper…but it did! Then I spent a bit of time with Baby Feet and about a week later all the dry, rough flaky skin was gone. I stocked up so this can be a part of my regular self-care routine. Or maybe a great stocking stuffer. (Pun intended!)
