For the purpose of these terms, \"Premier Delivery\" refers to the delivery service subscription. The specific terms of your subscription (fixed-term or automatically renewing) are determined by your date of purchase as set out in clause 1 below.

1. Purchase

In order to purchase a Premier Delivery subscription, you must select and add the service to your basket.

By purchasing a Premier Delivery subscription you will be given free delivery across all our Delivery Options (except Same Day Delivery) for all eligible purchases from www.lookfantastic.com.

Customers who purchased Premier Delivery before 18 September 2025: Your Premier Delivery is valid for a fixed term of 12 months from the day you signed up. It will expire 12 months after purchase and will not automatically renew. To continue receiving your subscription benefits after expiry, you must purchase a new Premier Delivery subscription.
Customers who purchase Premier Delivery on or after 18 September 2025: Your Premier Delivery is a rolling 12-month subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled.
The renewal fee will be stated on our website at the time of renewal. By purchasing the subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge this fee to your default payment method. We will send a reminder email before your renewal payment is taken.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Services through Your Account. We will confirm within 24 hours.

2. Usage

You must have a registered www.lookfantastic.com customer account and be logged in to use your Premier Delivery subscription.

Delivery is restricted to England, Wales and Scotland.
The subscription is for personal use only.
There is a minimum order value of £10.
Usage is subject to fair use.
The subscription cannot be transferred or exchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any liability for loss, damage or injury arising from your use of this subscription.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of subscribing by contacting Customer Services, provided no eligible purchases have been made.

Automatic renewal cancellations (subscriptions purchased on or after 18 September 2025): You may cancel renewal at any time before your renewal date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term.

4. Delivery Availability

Premier Delivery performance is subject to service availability and may change without notice. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before the checkout cut-off time and only in England, Wales and Scotland.

Deliveries will not be made on public holidays.

5. Delays

We will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or during busy periods.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion. Where applicable, a prorated refund will be issued.

No refund will be provided where misuse, fraud or breach of these terms is suspected.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be decided exclusively by the English courts.
