The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Before use, make sure your roller is clean. Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5 -10 times in each of the four directions: horizontally, vertically and diagonally. Was skeptical of this at first but when used properly, it really does behave like an in-office micro needling treatment. Already seeing an improvement in acne scars!

My skin has improved since adding micro-needling to my routine. I like this roller. It’s easier and more convenient to use compared to the pen, which I also have. My only issue is that the needles don’t seem very sharp and don’t penetrate completely unless applying very firm pressure, but the directions say to apply only mild pressure. Having also had professional treatments done, I know that the needles should fully penetrate to get the full effect of the needle size. Applying mild pressure with this doesn’t do much in comparison, so it might be just as good to go with a lower needle depth.

I'm incredibly happy with this microneedle purchase. Since I started using it, I've seen my acne scars improve significantly. My skin is healing and regenerating (something it hasn't done in ages), which has helped my skin absorb cleansers, lotions, and serums more effectively. I use it nightly after showering.

At first i was over doing, it took me a couple times to get it right, I was pressing to had, later I learned that I should put ver little pressure on the handle to get perfect. Wow the products I used post this treatment works 100% better. Now I use the roller twice a week.
