It’s ok
I bought it because it was on sale. It leaves a silky smooth texture till you put anything on top of it. It then pills and looks horrible. Bad under makeup.

I loved the Vitamin C mask so I thought I'd give the C skin refiner a try. I've been using it for a month and a half. I don't really notice a difference. It does sting a little, but nothing that I would worry about or would make me stop using it. It has a silky smooth texture.

I love this product. It goes on smooth and doesn’t leave skin oily. It almost leaves a matte finish. It works well with my moisturizer and sunscreen. This is my second bottle and my dark spots have faded and my skin tone is more even. I like skinceuticals c e ferulic serum, but this is a better price point and I think it works just as well.

I have tried at least six higher quality Vitamin C serums and this is my favorite one. The serum is more like a cream and is very potent. I have a slight tingling sensation sometimes when I apply it and I swear that my dark spots on my face has faded dramatically over the past two years. I also use SkinMedica Lytera 2.0 in conjunction with BeautyStat Universal C, so I can't say that this product is solely responsible for my fading dark spots...but I will continue to use it.

I added this to my skincare routine a few months back and since then, my blemishes have decreased and face has more of a glow. The substance is very lightweight, unscented and glides on the my skin very smoothly. In the process of reordering now. Only downside is it feels like you get very little out of a pump jar.

I can tell it's going the job it's meant to do, but unfortunately, the consistency is kind of dry and feels like it doesn't really sink into my pores or work well with my other products.
