I’m 44... have to take natural progesterone to balanceout my estrogen dominance ...Which causes spotting on my cheeks and sides of face ... and have dark spots from sun on forehead. I’ve already tried year of laser treatments. Also have hormonal random acne on chin and t zone . And have broken capillaries around nose and cheeks that cause redness. Please advise me to a product or treatment that can address these issues.
