Brightening/ dark spot discoloration

Q Hi! I am currently suffering from a ton of dark spots due to a recent breakout and me deciding to pick at them. My face at the moment looks a little dull and lost its glow. I live in Boston and I have normal/combination skin that tends to dry up in the cold. I usually use the Clinique 3 step system for years which has really kept my acne at bay - especially due to the toner that contains salycilic acid. I find however that the toner during the winter dries my skin and causes my skin to breakout. I am then left with just the cleanser and the moisturizer - the moisturizer doesn’t moisturize my dry skin too well, and my pores tend to get congested as I am not using a product that contains salicylic acid. I am looking for a hydrating moisturizer to use during the day time that is fragrance free, and ideally free of essential oils such as lavender that contain a fragrance. Next I am looking for either a cleanser or an exfoliant or even a toner that contains salycilic acid that I can maybe use every other day to keep my pores happy. And lastly, a brightening serum to help fade discoloration, even skin tone, and overall give my face its glow back.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would recommend the brand IS Clinical. I have designed a regimen for AM and PM for you.

Step 1) Cleansing Complex ( toner is included in the cleanser)

Step 2) Tri-Active Exfoliant ( to be used 2-3 times a week)

Step 3) Apply the Active Serum

Step 4) Follow with the Moisturizing Complex

All of these products are designed to help with your skincare needs.

I hope this helps, have a nice day !
