I have a bump on my chin that will not go away. When it first appeared, I thought that it was just an acne blemish and treated it with OTC acne medication. However, it never really did anything. Neither the size nor redness decreased, no puss or anything ever came out (there never appeared to be any)--it just remained a red, raised bump. Sometimes, when I manually exfoliate, some skin will come off and the spot will crust up a little, but again, the crust will go away and the bump remains. This has been going on for about 3 months, and I just don't know what to do. Thanks for your help.
