- Question: Hi, I have tried so many products in the last year with no success. I have struggled with closed comedones since my teens. Once in a while one turns into a pimple. I have small black heads on my nose. I am now in my mid thirties and just want smooth skin. My skin is sensitive and breaks out from artificial fragrances. Manual exfoliating irritates it, but I seem to tolerate chemical exfoliating well. My skin is olive and slightly oily. I would like to just try one product at a time, unless that won’t be effective. I read BHA products work for some people. I was thinking to try that next. What do you recommend?

If you wanted to try a BHA product I would recommend the brand Paula’s Choice ,their RESIST Daily Pore-Refining Treatment 2% BHA I would however suggest that you follow with a moisturizer theirCLEAR OIL-Free Moisturizer for needed hydration.
