I apologize if this question has been answered, but I've looked thru 8 pages & didn't see it.... I am 63 yrs old & have had dark circles under my eyes for 20+ years. I understand that family genes has something to do with this, but as I age, it seems they are getting worse and concealer isn't helping very much anymore. Are there treatments that help? and what, if any, product(s) will help in lightening the area? thanks so much! & happy new year!
