I recently used Jolen Creme Bleach on my upper lip hairs. I have dark skin...after about 5 minutes it started to burn and I washed it off. Now my skin is slightly darker above my upper lip - it looks like I have a moustache! Do you know if my skin will eventually return to its originally color?
