Q Hey, Ive been saying I have eczema for years, but Im not really sure. Ive seen dermatologists but since it waxes snd wanes it usually is resolved by the time of the appt. All I know is that my face is super sensitive and feels dry if I dont keep it moisturized to the point that it feels tight. My pores are pretty big. When the patches are present they are discrete about 1cm in size, and flare with sweat, stress or poor sleep. They do not itch and mostly burn. I have another derm appt but I can see they are already fading. Any ideas would be helpful as I continue the skin product journey! Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It does sound like you do have a mild case of eczema and different stressers can cause flare ups. I would recommend the La Roche-Posay Brand. Start with their Hydrating Gentle Soap Free Cleanser , from there I would apply theLipikar Eczema Soothing Relief Cream. If your skin is not flaring up I would recommend their Toleriane Sensitive Fluid for your moisturizer. Hoope this helps, have a nice Holiday !
