Hello, I have atopic eczema around my eyes and face. Red, dry, patches..I suffered from it since I was 4 years old. I tried moisturizers like uriage xemose and bioderma but didnt work for me. I tried cortisone but it keeps coming back. I itch everytime i wash my face with tap water only or with scented soap...or when i go out ( sun exposure) makes it look so dry and wrinkly. I would appreciate suggesting me products that really works and cure it forever...cleanser, moisturizers, and any product that replace tap water.
