My scalp has always been fairly itchy due to dandruff or dry scalp (I have gotten rid of that). But for the last 2 months just the top of my head, the centre (where there is actually a dip or soft spot) has been so itchy that it is sore, tender and now has small red bumps in that area. What could cause that and why is it so itchy. i have seen a doctor in my area and he says noting is wrong.
