Q Hi for last few days my fingers prune very quickly...almost instantly after touching water? i use hand lotion all the time...especially in this being winter in the northeast...furnance going dry heat...

It's likely your skin is not producing enough sebum, thus causing the pruning or wrinkling. This is what happens when one stays in water for too long.
