Hello - I've heard that when using products with Glycolic Acid in them that your skin can get worse before it gets better, as if it's purging all of the bad stuff out. I've use Biomedic's Purifying Cleanser, Conditioning Solution & Condition Cream twice a day for about 2 weeks. It's made existing pimples disappear in only a couple of days, but I've noticed an increase in breakouts around my chin area. I'm 29 and think that the breakouts are because of hormones, so I'm going to be starting birth control pills soon to help out, but would like some advice on a good skin care regimen as well. Should I stick with the Biomedic products for a few more weeks to see what happens or do you recommend I switch to something else? Thanks!

<p>I think you should definitely continue with the Biomedic products. You have to give your skin time to acclimate to new products. Sometimes it can take a couple weeks sometimes it can take a couple of months but based on the information you gave me I think your skin will benefit from using these products. Keep in mind that products aren't always guaranteed, the only way to know if it is going to work for you is to try it and stick with it for awhile.
