I am currently in the market for a new moisturizer. I have somewhat dry, redness-prone skin with occasional breakouts, and I'm thinking of trying a moisturizer with an AHA. I am trying to figure out if I should still be using a chemical exfoliant serum at night if I am also using a chemical exfoliant moisturizer. I currently use Herbivore Botanical's Glow Potion at night, which isn't super strong and doesn't seem to dry me out, but I am nervous about overdoing it if I introduce another AHA aspect to my routine. What is proper protocol here?
