Skin is usually thirsty, keep in mind we sweat 90% of the year continuous. Recently, had to increase Armour thyroid because I became more hypothyroid. Consider my skin sensitive, signs of collagen loss near lips and crows feet and sagging eye lids. The spots make me look 65, when I am not. 5’6 110lbs, walk 9-19 miles per day and eat lots of fruit!
