Okay, I recently waxed my upper/lower leg and have experienced some issues: a) more bumps (ingrown hairs?) b) regrowth in under one week c) itchiness d) painful goosebumps! The goosebumps really hurt! It's almost as if when I get chilled, the hairs are poking me, but they can't get through the plugged follicles. What's going on here? Are people with KP better off with a razor than wax?

Unfortunately it sounds like you may not be an ideal candidate for waxing, or you may have had a negative reaction the wax, heat from the wax or improper wax treatment.
