Hi, I am 31 years with combination, highly acne prone skin. I have mild but stubborn acne. I have been using MaMa lotion for over a year now and have noticed an improvement in my skin tone and acne; with occasional break outs now and then. I was thinking of investing in M2 HP skin refinish (from the makers of MaMa lotion). I need to know if this product is as effective in treating acne and post acne scars as MaMa; as certain reviews suggest increased acne break outs with M2 as compared to MaMa lotion, which purportedly is more effective according to few. Kindly advise. Also, what is the difference between the 2 products? Thanks.

<p>The M2 product is an effective product, but unfortunately results are going to vary with each patient, as with all products. I have personally found clients like this product just as much as the MaMa Lotion, but as mentioned, results are not always typical. The difference between the two products is minimal - the M2 product, which is now replacing MaMa Lotion has some additional natural extracts added to it such as hyaluronic acid, aloe and squalene.
