Hello, I know you should not use hydroquinone for long cycles. I want to be sure that Obagi Nu-derm Step 3 and Step 5 are hydroquinone free and therefore is safe to use them long term? I see several blogs and articles that refer to them as the ones with hydroquinone at 4%, but I assume this used to be and these new versions are the ones hydroquinone free. I did get from my Dermatologist the ones named ZO MEDICAL by Obagi Melanin and Melanix, so I'm assuming these are the new versions which contains hydroquinone. Thank you for your response.
