What’s a good oil cleanser for sensitive/ dry / combination /cystic acne prone skin (which sometimes like now especially when using RX and otc acne meds gets very dry and raw but is also greasy and feels rough to the touch but can’t exfoliate as it’s too painful plus when it’s this combined it won’t exfoliate anything) I heard oil cleansers are good for acne prone skin. Incase another persons reading this message n not my other one I also asked for recommendations for good hydrating serums, asked If micellar water would help , and recommendations for a zinc based sun screen since I need the protection while still having my medications work. Also I don’t have a big budget at all. Thanks.
