Last year, I was diagnosed with picker's nodules and used Cordran tape, which cleared them up. Two weeks ago, I noticed a little dark spot on the left lower nostril. When I moved my nose to get a better look, this little round thing popped out and the pore is now huge. I am using the Cordran tape on it and it is helping tremendously. What could this have been?
