Q Dr. I am 47 y.o. and after 2 years of hair loss, I was just diagnosed with the above. I understand the definition but will my hair ever come back to its fullness? Should I go off of my wellbutrin? Thank you for your time, Susan
A

Generally those who are experiencing this condition will notice that their hair has grown back to the same amount of fullness the had before. As far as my knowledge Wellbutrin's stated side effects do not list hair loss as a side effect, however the side effects that are listed such as anxiety and stress do sometimes result in hair loss. I hope this information helps. Best skin care wishes.
